It’s unanimous…this is the best townhome in Windsor Hills! Our family spent a glorious 12 days in this unit and loved everything about it. The furniture is new, the bedding and towels are lovely, the table was set for our arrival, and pool was kept at a perfect temperature. Being an end unit, we had sun all day and evening, until the sun set. Being the farthest unit from the Clubhouse was a great advantage…no traffic on the street! Laura was fantastic to work with as was her property manager who dealt very quickly with our small phone issue. We were also grateful for a last minute late check-out when our flights were delayed. The only thing I would recommend if you stay here is make sure you bring all your supplies with you…basic supplies like dishwasher soap, laundry soap, plastic wrap, garbage bags, salt and pepper, etc. were not provided. Most homes I have rented provided starter items (other than toilet paper and hotel soap) and so although we had stopped on our way for groceries, we had to run out immediately to purchase these necessities. However, we overlooked this as all of our expectations otherwise were met. Thank you…we hope to be able to return someday and would LOVE to stay in this lovely home again!

I can't say enough great things about this property. We heard about Windsor Hills from friends who have stayed, but found this particular townhouse here on VRBO. We could not have been happier with the whole experience. Laura was extremely pleasant to deal with, answering all inquiries promptly and professionally. The townhouse was extremely clean, wonderfully (and beautifully) furnished - complete with brand new furniture in the living room. The location of townhouse on the end next to the green space is also a big plus. Our children (ages 9 & 7) loved the splash pool and the bunk beds and really enjoyed themselves here. We also utilized the basketball/volleyball courts and the clubhouse and pool. Great amenities @ Windsor Hills and the best location in proximity to Disney. I've already recommended this property to friends, and we can't wait to make our next trip to Disney and to this townhome!

Family Oriented Condo

This was our first time staying at a rental property, and it certainly will not be our last! (December 2010) Laura responded promptly to all my emailed questions. The property was clean and well maintained. The condo was large enough for ourselves and our 3 boys to move about. It was family focused -- the kids loved the TVs in each room along with the play station and pool. We did have a challenge with the lock box one evening, but it was quickly fixed with a call to the maintenance company. The condo location was great, Disney was 5 minutes max, Orlando Premium Outlet mall was 15 minutes.

Location makes this a great choice. Nice condo. Great for those with kids.

Our stay in early/mid October. Weather was warm during the day and a little cool at night. We spent a full week. 1) - Description of the property was accurate. 2) - The photos gave a good idea of what it would look like. 3) - Overall, a clean and well maintained property. 4) - Owner was helpful and prompt with a response to questions. 5) - Would highly recommend this property to others. 6) - Disney is ten minutes away. Grocery store, shopping, restaurants, and other activities are all only moments from this unit. Have stayed in larger homes in Windsor House but chose a townhouse for this trip with just our two kids. The small splash pool with heat was warm & perfect for two little ones. Lots of items included like high chair, safety gates, toys, videos, and much more for kids. Most of what we needed was already there. You will want to bring or buy basic kitchen things like salt/pepper/paper towels/coffee filters before you arrive if you will need them right away. Everything was nice and worth the trip. You won't go wrong with this one. Look around but this unit will be your best bet. It is located in the back corner of the townhouse area. Behind is a privacy wall and this is an end unit that is next to a large grassy open space for drainage. No one can really see you at all in this pool. It is likely the most private townhouse unit in all of Windsor Hills. Choose Windsor Hills and then choose this unit. I also must recommend Blizzard Beach. Our little ones loved it. They had plenty for a 2 and 3 year old to do. We spent a full day there during our trip. October is a good time to go, much less crowds. Avoid Magic Kingdom on weekends and Holidays and go mid-week.

Stayed 7-16-10 thru 7-24-10. Very nice. Only 5 minutes from the Disney property. Very clean. This is the corner unit which was nice since we had two cars. We will stay there again. Have no worries because this is the real deal. Checking in was very easy because the owners gave us a code for the door and it worked just like it should have. We checked in at 4:00 a.m. and it was no problem. Mitch

This place is great! We have been coming to Orlando yearly and always stay in this town home. It is immaculate, beautifully decorated, has lots of light and borders well-maintained open space. Laura is terrific, makes us feel so welcomed and the management most helpful. We have such happy memories of past stays and look forward to future ones. We highly recommend this lovely town home. We stayed here last week and LOVED it! The townhouse was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. My kids loved playing with the toys and swimming in the splash pool. My husband and I were impressed with the quality of the townhome and value for the money. Great location. We would definitely like to stay here again. We've been to Disney World twice before and stayed at nearby resorts for similar prices (1 or 2 bedroom), but this place was by far the best. My husband, who is accustomed to staying in 4 star hotels, was very impressed.

This townhome was wonderful. We visit Orlando 3 times a year and have stayed at a different place everytime. This, however, is one we would definitely return to next time. Laura made everything easy. I am a condo owner myself and can be picky when it comes to a place to stay. However, the townhome is beautiful, private, well decorated, and well equipped. All the kids toys, high chair, bath tub, baby gate, etc were just an added bonus! What wasn't provided was easy to pick up at the local grocery store. We had one small incident upon arrival and the management company was a pleasure to deal with....which isn't the norm I can assure you. They handled everything and we went about enjoying a perfect Florida week! I would definitely recommend a stay here!!

This was the first time we booked directly with an owner and I was delighted with the accommodation. It is a super villa equiped with everything you might need. Comfortable beds, convenient yet secluded location, beautifully maintained - the pictures really don't do it justice. Our holiday was brilliant and the accommodation was the icing on the cake. The pictures don't do it justice! It is a beautiful, clean, wonderful, luxurious vacation home! My children (2 & 4 years)are still talking about it. We stayed in this townhouse in June 2007. It was as beautiful as the pictures! There was so much room for our family of 5 to relax after our days at Universal Studios. There were toys & books for our kids (6, 3, and 8 mos.), even a baby bathtub! Laura truly thought of everything. We felt so at home, and I cannot imagine staying at a hotel ever again! The beds were so comfortable & linens very nice. Our daughter cried for an hour when we had to leave the townhouse - she wanted us to move there! We had great response from the management company - a pleasure to deal with. Laura was also wonderful in her communications & all of our interactions. Don't hesitate to stay - you will not be disappointed.

We stayed at the condo over our spring break, April 2007. We had four adults and two children in our party. The condo was VERY spacious, comfortable and clean. It had all of the comforts of home for the adults and the children, including a crib and gate for our 1 year-old. The condo is close to the major attractions and Laura was an absolute pleasure to deal with! We will definitely stay again and will recommend it to all!

Stayed for 21 nights at this home over the Christmas period. A lovely & quiet place to stay, near enough to walk to the club house. Plenty of room in the villa with everything you need. A lovely & comfortable master bed. Well maintained with any problems resolved quickly by management company. Closeness to WDW a bonus. Would highly reccomend.

I don't know why anyone would want to stay anywhere else! We stayed in the townhouse in July for 9 nights. There is everything you need here and more. The place is very clean, beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable and it is very well stocked. The private pool is great and the community pool is fun as well. We have rented many places over the years and this townhouse is one of the best!

We loved it!! It was definitely as described and then some. My kids loved the splash pool and hubbie loved the plasma TV. The king bed was heavenly. What a wonderful Disney vacation. We truly enjoyed your townhouse all of the little extras and the bed in the master bedroom felt as if we were sleeping on a cloud. We were minutes away from Magic Kingdom and was able to return "home" for a late lunch and quick rest period. This townhouse was wonderful! Everything was exactly as decsribed. We spent the week here with 4 adults and one toddler and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The furnishings and linens are a step-up from any other rental property that you have stayed. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And nothing beats coming home from a long day at the park and taking a dip in your private pool and watching tomorrow's weather on a 42" plasma.

We enjoyed the perfect Disney World vacation thanks to your townhome. The location was so close to Disney, it literally tooks us mere minutes to get to the Magic Kingdom entrance. Your home is beautifully furnished with every comfort and the splash pool was a big hit, especially after a late night when you need to relax. The kitchen was GREAT! We loved having this townhome be ours for a week. We found it very relaxing and comfortable after the long days at Disneyworld. Very nicely decorated with everything you need. Especially great if you have kids since everything is there. Very highly recommended.
