This nicely furnished,recently painted and carpeted two bedroom, two bath condo is situated at Silverado II in the Town of Winter Park. This deluxe unit has vaulted ceilings, three decks,a working stone fireplace, and sleeps six comfortably (1 queen, 1 full under twin bunk, one twin ). There is a TV in the master that can play DVD's only , but the living room contains a 42' LCD TV. Our condo is on the top floor and is an end unit so you can enjoy excellent views of the ski area and the Continental Divide.
The Silverado II complex features an indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, weight/work-out room, underground parking, bar, restaurant, game room, and a full service ski shop. Winter Park Resort is a five minute free shuttle ride from the building, and town is a short walk down the hill. The complex is also equipped with wireless internet access.

The Silverado II complex was convenient. Pool and hot tubs accessible without going outside! Free shuttle bus stops at the front door of the complex.Covered parking was nice. Unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We will be back.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We were somewhat disappointed. It was a nice unit and floor plan, lots of space. But, if you are skiing and have gear and luggage, be forewarned, this unit is up several flights of steps and is very far away from parking. Roll your luggage on a dolly only to have to deposit it on the bottom of the steps to lug it up two floors. Furniture was stained and had holes. Bathroom glass shower door fell off tracks and nearly injured my kid.Recommended for: Adventure seekers.
Owner response: Thank you for the feedback. Many people love the unit because it is on the top floor which allows for a more peaceful (quiet) stay and a more spacious unit ( vaulted ceiilings on the top floor units). The glass door was attended to the day it was reported. The dining room chairs have been replaced and we have plans to replace the sleeper sofa. We just have not found what we want yet! The condo is very reasonably priced for all that you do get.

About the owner: We have lived and played in Winter Park for over 25 years. Our children were born here. Jim teaches private lessons at the ski area and is alpine and telemark certified. I manage all of these properties!!
Why the Owner Chose Silverado II:
We moved to Winter Park after finishing graduate school. It was close to Denver and had the best skiing around. We can always count on the snow here.
