Located less than 1/2 mile from Seaside, 'Sunsational' has been photographed and included in issues of 'Coastal Living' Magazine due to it's uniqueness and amazing beauty. This fabulous GULF FRONT beach house has over 5000 square feet and top of the line furnishings. There is an entertainment room available with pool table,jukebox, TV, DVD, Game Cube, Queen sleeper sofa, and bar.
Enjoy the awesome Gulf Views or the 42' Flat screen, Plasma TV in the den from your luxurious leather sectional sofa, which has 2 recliners too. The private heated swimming pool and hot tub overlook the Gulf of Mexico. There is an outdoor Pergola that is the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor meal. The Master Suite is the largest you will ever find with it's own wet bar to enjoy, as well as the most incredible panoramic Gulf View. The Master Bedroom has a King size, handmade, mahogony canopy bed, his & her bathrooms (one has a steam unit and the other has body spa massagers), a Queen Sleeper sofa, sitting area, mini bar and fridge, telescope and abdomimal workout machine. You just will not believe the incredible panoramic gulf view in this bedroom. The whole back wall of the bedroom is nothing but glass from the floor to the ceiling and its 40 feet wide. INCREDIBLE !
There are 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms located on the first floor, both have King size beds, great gulf views and french doors that open up to the Gulf as well as the pool deck. There is also a crib/office room that can be used for privacy if desired.
There are 2 King size bedrooms that share a large bathroom on the second floor. In the attached carriage house, there is a King Size bed, Queen Sleeper sofa, full kitchen, full bathroom, washer and dryer and great gulf views. This is a nice separate apartment like area, for those who might want a little bit more of privacy aaway from the rest of the group.

A little sea bird told me about this great place! The home is perfectly situated on the beach and within walking distance of the much desired town of Seaside. Upon arrival, it was love at first sight. I entered through the wrought iron gate, framed by a vine covered, lattice arch, which led me to this beautiful Seagrove Beach home. I knew my stay here would be enchanting!
I was eager to explore all the amenities I had read about prior to my arrival - from the exceptionally well-equipped, modern kitchen to the entertainment room with a pool table and jukebox. An eclectic mix of furnishings and personalized décor gave this home a distinctive “at home” feeling. The large, glass dining table was perfectly placed for enjoying the ocean views and the company of family and friends.
Upstairs , the huge master retreat is comparable to none other. Floor-to-ceiling windows from one end of the room to the other frame the breathtaking views of the Gulf. The room is complete with a king-sized, four-poster canopied bed, and a seating area including a couch, chairs and ottomans. There are two master baths and one features a steam shower! Mix up your favorite drink right there in the room at your own mini bar and watch your favorite movie on the ceiling mounted wide screen plasma TV.
The back patio offers an oceanfront, saltwater pool and a hot tub - another ideal location to relax and unwind. To complete the ambiance, an outdoor sound system is wired to listen to your favorite tunes. Grill “the catch of the day” and enjoy your meal under the pergola, while watching a beautiful sunset. If you prefer beach bathing, there are beach chairs and towels available for your use. To cool off, row out in the waves aboard the two person kayak or take a dip in the beautiful, crystal blue water. There are miles of bike paths so make sure and take advantage of the bicycles to explore the area’s scenery and attractions. You'll find many shops and cafes in nearby Seaside.
After spending your vacation in Seagrove Beach, I'll guarantee you’ll leave having a deep connection to this beachfront home and you’ll wish to return time and time again.

What an amazing trip! The description was exactly as listed and even then some! The house was perfect in every way...very clean, nicely set up, and certainly not lacking! The beach and pool toys, and especially the kayak made the trip very enjoyable for the kids! We would love to visit again and this house will be first on our list! After the trip, Karen called to tell us the items that we left behind and that she was putting them in the mail immediately. This service is not found at any five star hotel, just in this 5 star house! Excellent stay at "Sunsational." Perfect for us especially when the weather cleared. Thanks to Karen and Rep Bennett, the owners, we had all necessary items for beach and pool area, for cooking big meals and biking. A big grocery store, Publix, is just a bike ride away as well as all activities in nearby Watercolor and SeaSide. I never rode in a car except to and from Panama City airport ( an easy 45 min, ride) We were 7 adults and 6 children, 5 under the age of 5 years I had to put away the pool table equipment, too tempting for little ones, but they did love the playroom for tv time and quiet resting.. There is no fence around the yard, but the house is on a quiet street, with little traffic. I stayed in the carriage house, perfectly situated above the playroom with independent entrance. That was good for me, being the grandmother who likes to get away once and a while from the whirlwind of young families. Do take some extra beach towels, we seemed to use all provided, plus ours. We thought we needed propane for the outdoor cookstove, but learned it is powered by natural gas. Do learn how to use the heater for pool and hot tub, it is at first complicated, but so worth your effort.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

Our recent winter family vacation at the beach was PERFECT! The house was full of everything we needed. From a fully stocked kitchen to a fun entertainment room, the amenities were great. My two boys, ages 11 and 8 entertained themselves for hours playing pool, listening to music, swimming in the heated pool, riding bikes, and fishing off the sandy beaches. The piano was also enjoyed by all. The location couldn't have been better. Incredible views! Close to restaurants and shopping in Seagrove and Seaside. The water was beautiful. This is our new favorite beach location and we will return again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

What a lovely home to relax in and get reacquainted with family.The pictures do not do this house justice.We had everything we needed for a special vacation.We always rent a gulf front home along 30-A and this definitely is one of the best we have stayed in.No surprises like bug problems!The owner welcomed us and showed us how things worked lke the pool/spa/tv's/music.It was very reassuring that he and his wife were close by in case we had questions or needed anything. But of course we never did! The directions to the appliances/controls were also provided. The adults enjoyed the beautiful views, comfy beds, private baths, large well stocked kitchen, separate ice maker/wine coolers, plenty of towels, ceiling fans everywhere, and its overall cleanliness.The grandparents enjoyed playing the piano and playing pool and chess with kids each night. My two girls enjoyed the warm swimming pool, heated hot tub, pool toys,looking for crabs after dark, and most of all the kayak. So nice to have plenty of things to keep them busy. They both loved having "girl" rooms with their own king size beds. What a treat! My mother enjoyed the solitude of the carriage house. She used the wifi to complete computer work. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. Best of all you can hear the ocean while falling asleep! Even from the carriage house. We all enjoyed the location that allowed us to walk along the beach to Seaside for some lunch and shopping. The seafood market is a 1 minute drive and store is a 3 minute drive from the house. So many restaurants are within 5 minutes that you don't spend your valuable vacation time driving around. Although the house has plenty of beach chairs stored under the beachwalk and at the house, we opted to order beach chairs/umbrella to be set up each day at the beach for the 4 adults. Rest assured that the owners take wonderful care of this home. We found ourselves taking care of Sunsational like it was our own home too. It's not like a normal rental. I checked the pool/spa water levels each morning and filled them when needed. There were spices, batteries for flashlights, koozies, scissors, and household cleaners. Get the picture? So you find yourself buying more of these things and leaving them for the next guest. We left a large cooler among other things. 8 nights were not enough! We are already missing Sunsational and the tranquility it offers! We absolutely loved Sunsational! The heated swimming pool was great for cool mornings and nights in October. The male family members practically lived in the game room shooting pool. The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything we could imagine. Master bedroom view was unbelieveable and we enjoyed watching sunsets from there. The location was excellent- close to restaurants, shopping, Seaside, Grayton Beach. My family will have wonderful memories of our week at Sunsational. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us! We had a wedding celebration at Sunsational over the Christmas break and it was wonderful. The weather cooperated and the group gathered around the pool with the couple by the steps leading down to the beach. Everyone loved it....... When some of our decorations didn't work and we needed to borrow an item or two it was Rep (owner) to the rescue. I found him outside assembling some stuff! I have never seen an owner go to such extremes to make our celebration a success and entire stay comfortable. The extended family stayed there for the week and everyone was so impressed. It allowed everyone a lot of privacy, and a great area to have fun......the pool table. The wedding celebration couple had lots of privacy in the little upstairs guest house. Everyone rediscovered that they actually have fun playing pool. The location is perfect, so close to everything. In the master bedroom, pelicans would fly just feet away from the huge window overlooking the gulf. This is a great location for an out of season (small) wedding. The other members of the families and a few friends stayed in various locations around 30a. Naturally, those who had never been there were very impressed with the pearly white sands, and all the activities available nearby. Karen also has a list of caterers. I highly recommend Sunsational.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My girlfriends and I stayed at Sunsational for a week in February and it was amazing. The house is incredible and the views are amazing. We watched the sunset every night and even got to see the bioluminescence in the water at night. The pool and hot tub were heated and we took full advantage of both! We had 12 women sharing the home and it never felt crowded. The owners did an amazing job laying out the house and providing us with everything we needed for the perfect get away. All you need to do is pack your clothes. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal and they even provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, movies, bikes, and music! Karen and Rep were great to work with and kept everything running smoothly. Thank you both for an amazing vacation. I can't imagine staying anywhere else.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.
