"Anger Management" is a three-plus-bedroom house perfectly located in Seagrove Beach with less than a 2 MINUTE WALK TO BEACH AND SEASIDE. The PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL AND HOT TUB are located in the fenced-in backyard with total privacy. Large open den and kitchen areas, located on first floor, are warmly decorated and very comfortable. Master bedroom has King size bed, it's own private deck, walk in closet (with additional bedding if needed) and large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub.
You will throughly enjoy just stepping out to the private swimming pool right out your main living area on the first floor and being able to watch and see everyone from inside the house while they swim . The swimming pol and hot tub are both fenced in the back yard with privacy and convenience to enjoy. There is an outdoor eating area and plenty of lounge chairs to use as well.
There are pool/beach toys, coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs,BIKES, and even an extra refrigerator provided at no additional charge. This house makes for a great family retreat and can provide many great vacation memories as well as provide some "Anger Management."
Master bedroom,located on second floor, has a King size bed, private bathroom,which has double sinks, shower and jacuzzi tub. In the super large walk in closet, there is a set of bunk beds in case additional bedding is needed. The other bedroom on the second floor has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins)and private bathroom, with a shower/tub combination. Third bedroom, located on 1st floor, has King size bed and shared bathroom with shower facilities. There are 2 Queen sleeper sofas located in the den area as well.
Pets, Indoor Smoking and Renters under the age of 25(unless accompanied by an adult) are Not allowed.
During peak seasons, rentals are weekly only with arrivals and departures on Saturdays.
