This fun & relaxed beach home has great kitchen, sitting area, dining room, master bedroom & upper balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico, Loon Lake, and the Topsail Preserve. It is located within a quiet residential community less than 100 yards from the sugar-white sand beach. Ideal for families with children, with the fenced pool and short walk to the beach. It is also perfect for a "girls trip" for shopping and beaching, or a girls / guys / mixed golfing getaway week.
This 3 1/2 story home provides multiple indoor & outdoor gathering areas for your large family plus sleeping accommodations on all three floors. Ground floor features a queen-size bedroom, plus bath, and an air hockey entertainment area. The second floor includes three bedrooms, each with private baths, plus a miniature kitchenette and a central area containing a daybed with a trundle. The top floor consists of the main living, dining, and kitchen areas plus the master suite. The small tower area is your setting for a glass of wine and a good book or to "work with a view". Porches on upper level provide pretty views of the gulf and lovely sunset vistas all the way to Destin. Porches off of all lower level bedrooms offer quiet shady spots to relax.
When not at the nearby beach, relax by your large (15 foot by 35 foot), fenced-in, private pool with lots of room for everyone to jump in and have a great time. A 2 seater Kayak is available for adult swimmers to enjoy in nearby Loon Lake (life jackets required).
Only 10-15 minutes to Sandestin and the huge Silver Sands Outlet Center. Convenient to wonderful restaurants and shopping at Gulf Place, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor and Seaside. Just a short drive to Santa Rosa Beach and Camp Creek Golf Courses.
