BellaVista - 31 Gardenia Street - Seagrove Beach, FL
Currently undergoing an extensive renovation and complete redecoration, BellaVista is a 6 bedroom, 6 bath home with stunning Gulf views from the 4 story high tower. Located in Old Seagrove Beach, just one half mile east of Seaside and nearby local restaurants and shops, this home has a convenient beach access just 75 walking steps away. Private heated 12 x 24 pool (fees apply for pool heating) with poolside gas grill and ample loungers, tables and chairs for your relaxation. BellaVista is perfect for larger groups with a main house a separate tower – three bedrooms in the main part of the house and three bedrooms in the tower. These two sections of the home are connected by a Florida room overlooking the pool. Wireless internet.
Main House – Ground Floor: Upon entering the tiled ground floor of the home, you come into the living room with sectional sofa with cuddler section, travertine coffee table, 2 side chairs, LCD TV, DVD/VCR, mini stereo. Kitchen has island with bar stool seating for 5, corian countertops, glass top range, microwave, dishwasher and side by side frig with door water/ice dispenser. Dining table seats 10. Laundry room has super capacity washer and dryer as well as a laundry sink and a shower – door from the laundry room leads to pool. Larger bedroom has 2 queen beds and private bathroom with vanity sink and tub/shower. Second queen bedroom has TV, DVD/VCR and shares bath with bunk room. This bath has a walk-in shower. The bunk room has 2 bunks (4 twins), LCD TV and DVD/VCR.
Main House – Second Floor: The entire second floor of the home is hardwoods and has a huge media room with 6 movie style lounger chairs, foosball table, ping pong table, 65” LCD TV, DVD and bath with vanity sink and jetted tub. Porch off this floor overlooks the entry to the home.
Florida Room: This open and light room adjoins main house with tower. This area offers love seats, lamps and quiet for reading, relaxing and conversation. Doors from here lead to the back yard pool area.
Tower – First Three Floors: The tower consists of a stairwell off of which there are three bedrooms and bathrooms – one per floor. Each of these private bedrooms offers a king bed, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, dresser, closet, TV and private bath with vanity sink and shower. The 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms offer a balcony overlooking the pool.
Tower – Fourth Floor: Enjoy the stunning gulf and tree top views from the tower in the 4 tall chairs. Outdoor seating also includes comfortable lower seating and table. As well, inside there is a wet bar and frig.
Outside: Private heated pool (fees apply for heating) is kidney shaped and approximately 12 x 24. Please note that the pool heater is an electric heater, which cannot be operated should temperatures fall below 50°. There are ample loungers surrounding it. As well, there is a gas grill, covered area to escape the sun or occasional sprinkle. Outside shower for cleanup from beach activities. Parking for 3 cars in gravel driveway.
