Come stay on 30A in Old Seacrest Beach, where old fashioned, small town ways still exist in this fabulous brand new Key West inspired home we call "Belle Grove".

"Belle Grove" is located one mile west of Rosemary Beach, convenient for biking on the paths to Alys and Rosemary Beach(we are in between Rosemary and Seagrove). After a day on the sugar white sands of the beach, come up and relax in your own private 15 X 40 heated pool with patio furniture and tables for relaxing, BQing and eating. Let the kids swim while you grill dinner. After dinner, pull out the cue sticks and challenge dad to a game of 8 ball on the Olhausen 8' Pool Table.

Everyone can spread out in the five large bedrooms, five baths, plus a den with a sleeper sofa , where the kids can hang out in their own space. The living room is also equipped with an awesome 42" plasma TV, great for watching sporting events and movies.

Downstairs, there are two master suites with king beds. Another bedroom downstairs has two queen beds. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a king bed and our kids bunkroom has four sets of bunk beds. The house sleeps 20. All the bedrooms have bathrooms and a 27" flat screen television set.

The kids playroom is also upstairs and has a sleeper sofa with a 35" television set. Our on-demand hot water Rinnai system allows all 20 guests an endless supply of hot showers.

Everyone can enjoy a meal together with a large 10 foot dining room table seating 12, plus a large bar separating the kitchen and living room, plus a breakfast nook/game table. You'll love the open floor plan upstairs, with the living room, kitchen, and dining room offering gulf views.

There are gorgeous stained concrete floors downstairs, and beautiful travertine upstairs. The custom kitchen is warm and inviting with pine cabinets, double ovens and gas cooktop, all stainless appliances. There's room for more than one cook here, and you're still visiting with the family in the living room. Enjoy the Old Florida style decorating, making this home look like it has been there for years, with a mix of antiques and reproductions your grandmother would love. The rooms are decorated in a mix of beautiful ocean colors of aqua, blue, and green as well as reds, yellows and greens.

Around the house and pool you can relax and enjoy the lush, tropical landscaping consisting of palm trees, fragrant gardenias, confederate jasmine, flowery agapantha, split leaf phylodendron and wax myrtles. Book soon, as this is a very popular location that rents quickly for the summer.

So you don't leave without enjoying one of Seagrove Beach's most popular activities, Bike riding, Butterfly Bike shop will rent bikes to you. The pool can be heated for your enjoyment for an additional charge.

  • This is the 3rd consecutive year we have spent at Belle Grove, so it now feels like a homecoming! Again, from NY, NJ and AL, there were three generations of Bloch's under one roof and loving it. We enjoyed the cool and spacious rooms, the large pool, the gulf, and the new outdoor grill. This year we were especially pleased that Camp Creek Golf Club around the corner has gone public. We hope to be back again next year.

  • Great house!!! Far surpassed our expectations....pictures do not do this house justice!!! More than enough room for our 4 neighborhood families. The bunk room was great for all kids to have beds and the kitchen was an awesome gathering area. Great beach access. We can't wait to come back!!!

  • We just returned home from a wonderful week at Belle Grove. Lots of room for the whole family--- we took our three sons, two with wives and 2 grandkids. The layout was perfect for us. One very positive aspect of the house is the soundproofing. We let our kiddos with the new 7 week old take the downstairs "master" because it had the tub for the baby bath. No matter how loud the baby was crying, he couldn't be heard in any of the other bedrooms and certainly not upstairs. This was HUGE for us. Our family loved the location--close enough to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach to ride bikes or run to but without the crowds. Easy walk to our beach and it was practically private. Loved the huge dining table, rockers on the front balcony and especially the pool alarm!! I'm already looking forward to a return trip.

  • We had PLENTY of space and a fabulous time!! The house was the best and we would come back again in a heart beat. The bunk room was a great surprise and the fact since the boy had their own TV watching room made it that much more of a great vacation. We loved the donut van at Alys beach and highly recommend that as your morning ritual. We loved our stay. Thanks for a great house!

  • HUGE home! Plenty of room to roam for our family of 16! We had a blast at Belle Grove! Dan Roberts was so easy to work with-thank you! This is our 11th year to vacation at the beach as a family...we LOVED the area and would love to return! The kids bunk room was perfect for our 8 grandchildren, it was one of the best parts of our stay!

  • Had a great vacation with our entire family, all 13 of us. Especially liked the privacy of the property and the pool. The beach was private too. Some other beaches we saw in the area were very crowded. We felt like we had a beach to ourselves. The pool table was nice too. Enjoyed the common area for meals and family time.

  • We loved this beautiful beach house. There was plenty of room for all of us. The gathering room upstairs kept us all together in the evenings. The kids loved the pool. The pool table was a big hit too. We had only one rainy day during our stay. I would definitely come back.

  • Greenwood is fabulous! We had 18 and there was plenty of room for everyone! The pool is beautiful, the kitchen is perfectly appointed, and the location is wonderful. Seaside is an easy walk, public beach access is right across the street, and Publix is just around the corner! We will definitely stay there again!
