The large backyard is available for sports and play activities. A full front deck overlooks the lake and is perfect for picnics and relaxing. You can view the lake from a comfortable loft or from a large walkout basement. The lake shore has a dock and electric boat hoist as well as a deck by the water. The boat hoist is limited to 4000 lbs. In the heart of the wine trails of the Finger Lakes region, there is plenty to see and do. A number of state parks are located close by. No smoking or pets are allowed in the house.
