The Shores Club Condominium is on the non-drive part of the beach, and is convenient to restaurants, shopping and all that Daytona Beach has to offer. The building has just undergone a 2 year complete renovation, and the unit has been remodeled as well. This is one of the prettiest beaches in the state!
This incredibly spacious condo (almost 2000 square feet) enjoys a view that is surpassed by none, with ocean and beach views from every sitting area in the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. Located on the 2nd floor at the southeast corner of the building, it enjoys beautiful natural light and ocean breezes. All the amenities of home can be found here, including a large screen tv in the living room, and tv's in all three bedrooms, with DVD players and VCRs. You can choose to spend the day on the beach, at the pool, or doing nothing but watching the dolphins from your own private balcony. You can walk to the Sunglow Pier to fish or enjoy a nice meal while you watch the surfers ride the waves.
It's only a 10 minute drive to "downtown" Daytona Beach, where you'll find the new OceanWalk area with movie theatres, restaurants and concerts in the Bandshell. You'll find Ponce Inlet only 4 miles south, with its numerous restaurants on the water, boating and fishing, and the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Cross over the bridges to the mainland, and enjoy a day at the Daytona Speedway. Or drive just 1 to 1 1/2 hours to Orlando for all its attractions. Whatever your pleasure, you'll have many hours of fun and relaxation in this lovely condo.
