Pepe's concept was to build six bungalows. Authentic Mexican construction with "thatched" Palapa roofs, each with a king-size bed, native decor, proper toilet facilities, sunken baths with authentic Mexican tile, a stocked mini bar, and a covered deck with a hammock to enjoy the awesome sunsets. Also included is a cliffside jacuzzi, swimming pool, bar stocked with all of your needs and a special freezer for 24/7 Margarita made with an aged formula for perfection.

All this and more in on of Mexico most sought after private gated communities offering miles of flower-filled walking streets, a pristine private beach club (without hawking vendors), and four lighted tennis courts with hitting and teaching pros at very reasonable rates.
