This charming split level home is named "Bella Vista" after the incredible views it enjoys of the Caribbean Sea and the beautiful Caribbean coastline. Relax in the six seater jacuzzi located on a private outside terrace or around the 18' x 10' pool on the spacious covered sundeck.

Located in the exclusive residential community of Cap Estate at the very northern tip of St. Lucia Bella Vista is conveniently located near pretty beaches, golf, fine restaurants and a number of recreational activities.

This holiday home has three air conditioned bedrooms each with en suite bathroom (2 with showers, one with tub). Among its many amenities are cable TV, DVD player, and stereo system with CD and cassette player.

Bella Vista sleeps six with linens and bath towels provided. The sleeping accommodations include one king, four twins. The twin beds can be made up as kings. The staff includes a housekeeper who would be happy to also prepare simple meals for you, Monday to Friday, from 9am-3pm.

Beaches, an 18 hole golf course, and wonderful restaurants are just five minutes by car, and it has easy access to shopping!

Rental Policies: 25% deposit required to confirm reservation, balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

  • Bella Vista is the perfect setting for a dream vacation--we loved it. St. Lucia has to be one of the most beautiful places on earth, and discovering its many charms was enchanting. Incredible views from the porch--excellent dinners--wonderful conversations--not to mention wine and rum punch--can it get any better?

  • Lovely accommodations and fantastic views! It is truly paradise! Although the week was filled with wonderful excursions (boating, hiking, rainforest), it would have been just as nice to stay here at Bella Vista the whole time and just look out from the deck and pool, drinking Pitons and rum punch.

  • "The name says it all - Bella Vista. The views to the Caribbean were absolutely wonderful. From all the decks we had a view of Pigeon Island and Rodney Bay. It was fabulous just sitting by the pool, enjoying the sun and taking in the view. And the accommodations were simply the best, complete with all the creature comforts and a wonderful and accommodating host. Would return in a flash! Highly recommend a stay."

I found it very interesting, therefore, that when the radio-alarm awakened me this morning and the first thing I heard was a commercial starting with the question, "When you go to your happy place..."   • This was my third visit to Villa Bella Vista. After seeing much of the island on past visits, my all time favorite view is from the back porch or the pool, at various times of the day. . . . The country of St. Lucia is very inspiring to me as an artist. Everywhere you look is colorful or interesting, and so much beauty is in the nature around you.
