101 SEASIDE is located in Surfside Beach just two blocks from the Surfside Pier and restaurants. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our first floor oceanfront condominium and let the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep each night.
Just steps away from the wide sandy beach where you can collect shells, play in the surf, or catch some rays. Sit on the large covered deck and watch the waves or catch up on your reading. You will feel refreshed and renewed.
MASTER BEDROOM is oceanfront and has a king size bed, a TV and DVD player, a walk-in closet and sliding glass door to the oceanfront deck. The private master bath has double sinks, a whirlpool tub and a hair dryer.
SECOND OCEANFRONT BEDROOM has a king size bed, a TV/VCR and a window that overlooks the ocean.
THIRD BEDROOM has two queen size beds, a TV, clock radio and a large walk-in closet.
ALL BEDROOMS have pillows, comforters or quilts and blankets to accommodate eight people.
Bed set-up: 2 kings, 2 queens
LIVING ROOM has comfortable furniture with a panoramic view of the sand dunes and ocean. There is a TV, a VCR, a DVD player and a stereo with a CD player, fireplace and a sliding glass door to the oceanfront deck.
SMALL COMPLEX - only four units with each condo covering an entire floor and an elevator for your convenience!

This was our first stay, and we're definitely coming back! It was our best vacation ever! The condo is extremely clean, well furnished with appliances, linens, beach toys, beach chairs, etc! I liked that we didn't have to pack all that stuff and bring it with us! We enjoyed the awesome view of the ocean from our balcony and the short walk to the beach was much appreciated. Marilyn is wonderful to work with, and her attention to detail is wonderful! Thanks for the brownies! Thanks for the selection of books in the condo! Again, everything was terrific! Great place children/families!

Our family LOVED our vacation at Seaside! This spacious condo is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. It has a wonderful porch facing the ocean that we particularly enjoyed using each morning at breakfast and during the evenings. This perfectly located condo was exactly as described and Marilyn was a pleasure to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and HIGHLY recommend this owner/condo. Our family of four vacationed here in July 2010. What a fabulous experience!!! Beautiful, clean, well-maintained, extremely spacious condo!!! We've vacationed in the area for years and this is the one condo that my kids talk about returning to...Marilyn is a truly thoughtful hostess and we can't wait to stay here again.

Marilyn, My family had a wonderful week stay at 101 Seaside and really hated to leave. We hope to definitely return in the future. The condo is very spacious and the beach decor is really cute. Our vacation to 101 Seaside was perfect! The condo was extremely clean and well-maintained with many "extras" that we weren't expecting. And we were just a few steps to the beach. The location is ideal. Definitely recommend!

This was our 2nd year at Surfside. We stayed in 301 last year and 101 this year. The accomodations were excellent. We couldn't ask for better rentors. Our family enjoyed ourselves and have already booked for next year. We highly recommend either of these properties for your future vacations.

This was our 3rd year back to 211 N. Seaside Dr and our 2nd time in unit 101. It is very spacious and complete with all the comforts of home and much more! Marilyn is a wonderful host and we appreciate all the extras that others do not provide. The view is fabulous! Very quiet! We'll be back for sure!
