This was our first stay, and we're definitely coming back! It was our best vacation ever! The condo is extremely clean, well furnished with appliances, linens, beach toys, beach chairs, etc! I liked that we didn't have to pack all that stuff and bring it with us! We enjoyed the awesome view of the ocean from our balcony and the short walk to the beach was much appreciated. Marilyn is wonderful to work with, and her attention to detail is wonderful! Thanks for the brownies! Thanks for the selection of books in the condo! Again, everything was terrific! Great place children/families!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family LOVED our vacation at Seaside! This spacious condo is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. It has a wonderful porch facing the ocean that we particularly enjoyed using each morning at breakfast and during the evenings. This perfectly located condo was exactly as described and Marilyn was a pleasure to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and HIGHLY recommend this owner/condo. Thank you again Marilyn for EVERYTHING--we can't wait to get back!

Our family of four vacationed here in July 2010. What a fabulous experience!!! Beautiful, clean, well-maintained, extremely spacious condo!!! We've vacationed in the area for years and this is the one condo that my kids talk about returning to...Marilyn is a truly thoughtful hostess and we can't wait to stay here again.

Marilyn, My family had a wonderful week stay at 101 Seaside and really hated to leave. We hope to definitely return in the future. The condo is very spacious and the beach decor is really cute. But my favorite space was the backporch where I spent many restful and relaxing hours just watching the ocean waves break upon the beach. It couldn't have been better! Linda Gross and Family

Our vacation to 101 Seaside was perfect! The condo was extremely clean and well-maintained with many "extras" that we weren't expecting. And we were just a few steps to the beach. The location is ideal. Definitely recommend!

This was our 2nd year at Surfside. We stayed in 301 last year and 101 this year. The accomodations were excellent. We couldn't ask for better rentors. Our family enjoyed ourselves and have already booked for next year. We highly recommend either of these properties for your future vacations.

This was our 3rd year back to 211 N. Seaside Dr and our 2nd time in unit 101. It is very spacious and complete with all the comforts of home and much more! Marilyn is a wonderful host and we appreciate all the extras that others do not provide. The view is fabulous! Very quiet! We'll be back for sure!

Marilyn, We had a great time on our vacation. We appreciated the attention you gave to providing all the things people need when they rent a "fully furnished" beach house. Most places - actually all the other places we've rented - don't really give it much thought. They just seem to buy a bunch of cheap smallwares and appliances and call it furnished. Then, the renter spends the week making do! Anyway, I hope we left everything to your satisfaction and we hope to return soon. We also intend to pass your information on to all our friends who frequent Myrtle Beach. Thanks for a special place. Curtis

Year number 4 proved to be one of our best vacations here at Seaside 101, despite "Gaston"!! We were awakened at 3:00am to wind and rain, but we all decided it was a cool experience! As usual, everything here was wonderful, we can't begin to tell you how much we look forward to coming here each year! As soon as we drive out of the drive we are planning what we will do next year! We enjoyed our week stay at your condo - we were pleased to see almost anything one would need, cooking utensils, etc., we had brought lots of items from home to find the condo was equipped with such - most places don't even furnish the minimum. Perhaps we'll be back again next year & be lucky enough to rent 101 again.

Marilyn & John, What a wonderful week we have had in your beach home. This is the ninth year we have come to the beach but this is the first year in your home. We all agree this is our favorite. The beach so beautiful and your home so warm and friendly. We have reserved this week for next year and would love to stay the next week also. What a beautiful home you have here. It is the perfect "home away from home"! We have had a wonderful time this week. We couldn't have asked for better weather! We have really enjoyed our stay in your condo. The layout is perfect, the decorations and furnishings are so inviting and we felt like we were at home. The TV/VCR in the spare bedroom worked out great for teenagers. The boys even commented on how well they liked the decor! Only being a few steps from the beach was great, since the kids spent most of their time on the beach and we could watch from the deck. Thanks for letting us stay!! The Bennetts
