301 SEASIDE is located in Surfside Beach just two blocks from the Surfside Pier and restaurants. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our third floor oceanfront condominium and let the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep each night!
Conveniently located just steps away from the wide sandy beach where you can collect shells, play in the surf, or catch some rays. Sit on the large covered deck and watch the waves or catch up on your reading. You will feel rejuvenated.
MASTER BEDROOM is oceanfront and has a king size bed, a TV and DVD player, a walk-in closet and sliding glass door to the oceanfront deck. The luxurious master bath has granite counter tops, double sinks, a whirlpool tub, tiled walk-in shower and a hair dryer.
SECOND OCEANFRONT BEDROOM has a king size bed, a TV and a window that overlooks the ocean.
THIRD BEDROOM has two queen size beds, a TV and clock radio with I Pod charger & player.
ALL BEDROOMS have pillows, comforters or quilts and blankets to accommodate eight people.

LIVING ROOM has a panoramic view of the ocean with two comfortable sofas and a chair with an ottoman. There is a 50 inch TV, a DVD player, stereo with a CD player, fireplace and a sliding glass door to the oceanfront deck.
SMALL COMPLEX - only four units with each condo covering an entire floor and an elevator for your convenience!

The property was delivered as promised and then some. Plenty of towels, linens, cooking supplies, etc. The location was excellent and near to many shops and restaurants. It was nice to be oceanfront. The beach was not too crowded and the kids had a great time.

The accomodations are as beautiful as pictured! We enjoyed many al fresco meals on the deck looking out at the ocean. The owner was very helpful in making our stay comfortable! It just needs a good BBQ for our pleasure...otherwise we can't wait to come back again!

We had the most delightful week at 301 Seaside. The location, the view, and the accommodations were all spectacular. The condo is spacious, well-appointed, and well-maintained. It was just perfect for our family of five. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend both 301 Seaside and Surfside Beach to others.

301 Seaside is a wonderful place to stay. It is the kind of place that makes you feel you are home. It has wonderful decorations, it is roomy, and very clean and sharp. The beach is great in this area, and it is only a short walk away from multiple restaurants and the pier. I don't think there is a more perfect place in Surfside beach.

Our stay at 301 Seaside was wonderful to say the least! The accomodations were clean, private and spacious for all 6 of us. It was a very peaceful and relaxing vacation. We would definitely choose 301 again!
