    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very clean and bright condo last week for our family vacation. The decor is very inviting and the location can't be beat. Enjoying a hot cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean was one of my favorite parts. The beachfront location (and elevator) was very convenient with two young children and multiple beach trips each day. Marilyn was very accomodating with any and all questions and we were greeted with a plate of fresh brownies at check in! Can't wait to come back next year!

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

    This unit is great!! It was very spacious and VERY clean. We were welcomed with some delicious brownies! This was a quick weekend trip but Marilyn provide everything we needed, and then some. I would highly recommend renting this unit and will definitely stay here again.

    This beautiful, well kept condo is truly paradise on the ocean. From the moment we walked through the door we felt at home. Marilyn certainly has a way of making her guests feel welcome. Our family had an absolutely wonderful time and we wanted for nothing. The condo is completely equipped with everything you will need. So, if your hectic life is in need of some relaxation, peace, calm and beauty you need to contact Marilyn. She will make sure you experience all this and more!

    The Condo looks, smells and feels like a page from a house beautiful magazine. The brownies are still warm and the welcome note tells us we're "home again." We spend time discovering the improvements from last year...and they get better every year. Unpacking goes quickly, beds are made with fresh soft linens and a walk on the beach makes us ready for supper. After a trip to Piggly Wiggly, we cook. We cook most nights since the kitchen is so well equipped we never bring anything extra from home (except a small coffee pot for my decaf coffee). Other nights we go out, to River City, Flo's, Nance's or order from California Pizza. If we're stumped on where to eat there are guide books and coupon books in the table in the entry that help us choose something new. We like to go to Brookgreen Gardens and to the State Park across from Brookgreen. Atalaya is in that Park. We sometimes take daytrips to Georgetown and Charleston. The Burroughs Museum just down the HWY 17 is great, too, and it is free (though we leave a donation), a great idea for a rainy morning or afternoon. The Skywheel is so worth the cost. We have some great pictures from the top of the skywheel. The days go by quickly, but no too quickly, as we fish in the surf early each morning, take long, long walks on the beach, lounge on the deck or by the sea during the day and enjoy each others company in the evening. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets compliment our day, and some of us get up early to watch the stars fade as the sun rises or watch a storm's lightening show out at sea just before morning breaks. The deck is a great place to take pictures, like dolphins swimming surprisingly close to shore. We have priceless pictures of rainbows, kites, the sea both calm and angry and incredible cloud formations. Not to mention pictures of each other enjoying the surf and sand. This is a place for rest, getting to know your neighbors (if you like) and growing closer as a family or strengthening friendships. The owner has the gift of hospitality, and you feel that the minute you walk in the door. Need a rest? Need a worryfree place to land? This is the place.

    We stayed at Seaside 301 on our beach trip and the appearance, amenities, and thoughtfulness of the owner were outstanding. We have already recommended to several friends that they check out the availability of this rental for next year. Can give nothing but glowing reviews of this property. We were close to all activities we wanted to do in Myrtle, while having the closeness to Surfside Pier for fishing; ice cream shops, everything we needed within a short drive away. Will definitely be considering a return to Surfside ourselves.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

    My family and I recently stayed in 301 Seaside. We received way more than expected. The master bedroom is very large with a high end master bath. The two other bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of room. The large kitchen/dining/family room is very open with plenty of sitting room. The kitchen was very nice and updated. The porch area was equally nice...beautiful view with plenty of sitting room. The elevator was a wonderful asset especially when unloading and grocery shopping. We had the opportunity to meet the owner ( no problems...she was checking on the cleaning and bringing in towels/sheets). The condo came as promised and then some. We enjoyed ourselves so much until we booked it again for summer 2013!

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

    The property was delivered as promised and then some. Plenty of towels, linens, cooking supplies, etc. The location was excellent and near to many shops and restaurants. It was nice to be oceanfront. The beach was not too crowded and the kids had a great time.

    Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children.

    The accomodations are as beautiful as pictured! We enjoyed many al fresco meals on the deck looking out at the ocean. The owner was very helpful in making our stay comfortable! It just needs a good BBQ for our pleasure...otherwise we can't wait to come back again!

    We had the most delightful week at 301 Seaside. The location, the view, and the accommodations were all spectacular. The condo is spacious, well-appointed, and well-maintained. It was just perfect for our family of five. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend both 301 Seaside and Surfside Beach to others.

    301 Seaside is a wonderful place to stay. It is the kind of place that makes you feel you are home. It has wonderful decorations, it is roomy, and very clean and sharp. The beach is great in this area, and it is only a short walk away from multiple restaurants and the pier. I don't think there is a more perfect place in Surfside beach.

    Our stay at 301 Seaside was wonderful to say the least! The accomodations were clean, private and spacious for all 6 of us. It was a very peaceful and relaxing vacation. We would definitely choose 301 again!

    This place is great! You couldn't ask for more. . .everything is here, very well equipped. The condo was clean, loved the jacuzzi tub, the king size bed slept great, the decor is beautiful. Nothing to complain about. Hope to come back soon.

    Our favorite condo of all time. It is spacious, decorated beautifully, beds comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, and last and best of all, right on the ocean front with a wonderful porch. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful visit.
