Best trip ever! This has been an amazing weekend in an awesome cabin. We had a night to remember in the hot tub time machine!!!! Partied like rock stars! It was like Tom Cruise in Risky Business! We had so much fun! It was cool to see snow in October in the hot tub!! PS as the mother of this group it was an awesome weekend with my girls (my daugher and other friends)! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We spent 10 wonderful days at your cabin and loved every minute. The cabin is so beautiful, very well stocked and decorated. We have enjoyed all the flowers blooming and watching all the butterflies. We saw lots of wildlife including the huge deers that were right off the back porch. We love that the cabin faces undeveloped mountain views, so beautiful. While staying here we were able to enjoy the Grandfather Mountain Highliand Games as well as all the local attractions. Your cabin was centrally located to all we wanted to do. We hope to be able to return next summer and we will be looking for your cabin again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Thank you Ed & Cindy. We had a fabulous time here in "Seven Devils" visiting with our daugher, a student at ASU. This was our 2nd annual "Chili Mt. Weekend" and your home was the perfect venue for our group. The views are amazing, the decor warm and hospitable and the amenties fantastic. We will be back - hopefully in the late spring. Thanks for allowing us to visit your beautiful home. The best location for us so far. Had a great time enjoying the view, opening the windows to listen to the crickets! Very peaceful, leaves were awesome! Hot tub was very nice and we had everything we needed. Love this location! We will defiitely be back with the rest of our family and/or friends. We enjoyed going to the Ghost Train at Tweetsie for the first time. Saturday we had a great time at the App State homecoming Football Game! After the game, we never miss eating dinner at the Daniel Boone Inn in Boone. Sunday we relaxed and took pictures along the parkway and ate at Nick's Restaurant in Banner Elk. Had a picnic at Bass Lake in Blowing Rock on Monday! Awesome with just me and my hubby the whole weekend. My best vacation for the year! Guess if we have to go back to work on Wednesday, we will! We are blessed to have great jobs so we can experience God's many blessings at home, near the beach and here in the mountains!

This deinitely not a cabin, but a fantastic lodge. What a place!!! Great to come back to after a busy day. ALL the comforts of home. As all the other kids ours loved the hot tub, games, telescope. We loved everything (the adults). the day we were leaving weather is okay, but sunny - so makes leaving a little easier. Thanks so much for renting to us! WE WILL BE BACK!

Thanks for letting us share your home. My wife and daugher loved your kitchen, and were impressed by how well stocked it is. We spent many hours enjoyig the porches and the beautiful views. Our grandsone even slept out there one night. It was a short trip to trout fishing, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns, and jaunts into Bpoone. You have a beautiful place.

This mountain vacation was just what we needed! The house and views were amazing and tranquil. The kids loved the game room and hot tub. We visited the falls and caverns and took lots of pictures. We had a great time in the mountains and in your home. Your kitchen is very well stocked and it made cooking our meals easy. The back porch is great! Great views. It made for some good times sitting and talking. We all slept wonderful - the rain on the metal roof was just magical.

This was such a great place to kick back and relax. The hot tub was amazing and WHAT A VIEW! My wife and I can't wait to get back here as soon as possible. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving here - a little bit of snow and a lot of fun! We enjoyed hiking Hebron Falls and tubing at Hawksnest, and even picked out a Christmas Tree to take home to Florida. Great cabin and country. Weather was very pleasant - nice change for my wife and I. We live in the Bahamas and August is particularly warm there. I need to come back and find the town of Seven Devils. I see signs, but the whereabouts of the town are a mystery to me. So I hope to return.

We have stayed in the mountains before, but this was the best by far! The weather didn't exactly cooperate (you received much needed rain), but the experience was still wonderful. The cabin is equipped with everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and comfy. My husband enjoyed playing guitar on the porch and we enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of exploring. Our daughter is considering coming to Appalachian State in '09 and, if she decides it's the school for her, we will stay here whenever possible! Thanks for making our mini-vacation very special.
