Valencia is a three bedroom, three bath home on the 'beach end' of Emerald Shores. This spacious, two story house is beautifully furnished and comfortably sleeps 10 people. Renters must be at least 25 years of old or be accompanied by a parent remaining onsite the whole visit. No pets and no smokers please!

Emerald Shores is a private, gated community with two heated swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, seasonal tram, private beach access with its own beach pavilion, chairs and umbrellas, bathroom and showers.

About the owner: Hi! Thanks for considering our home for your vacation! We have been coming to the Destin area since our first trip to Grayton Beach in 1982. Our kids grew up building sandcastles, hanging out at the pool, and trying to wreck each other's go-carts at the Track! Now that they're grown, they're still coming back,each bringing their friends here for a week's stay. NOTE GOOGLE MAP IS INACCURATE, the neighborhood DOES have direct walk to beach through Leeward Key parking lot.
Why the Owner Chose Emerald Shores:
We love the stretch of beach we're on now...not too crowded, private beach, yet still close to lots of good restaurants and good shopping (Outlet Mall, anyone?)
