Valencia is a three bedroom, three bath home on the "beach end" of Emerald Shores. This spacious, two story house is beautifully furnished and comfortably sleeps 10 people.

Close to beach. Enough bathrooms and hot water even for teenagers. Roomy house to spread out in versus cramped condo/townhome.

Hi! Thanks for considering our home for your vacation! We have been coming to the Destin area since our first trip to Grayton Beach in 1982. Our kids grew up building sandcastles, hanging out at the pool, and trying to wreck each other's go-carts at the Track! Now that they're grown, they're still coming back,each bringing their friends here for a week's stay. NOTE GOOGLE MAP IS INACCURATE, the neighborhood DOES have direct walk to beach through Leeward Key parking lot.
