Beautiful home with pool and spa in Sea Pines/South Beach area (best beach on Island). Decorator-furnished, spacious 3600 square foot, sixth row ocean, five-minute walk to beach. Near South Beach restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, boating, kayaking, skiing, wind surfing, and the famous Salty Dog. Complimentary tennis at South Beach Racquet Club. Also near the famous Harbour Town Village, Golf Course, and Marina. Sea Pines includes three public golf courses, with many more both on and off island. Living room has 55" 3D/DVD and family room has 50" plasma TV. Upstairs has 32" plasma and all other rooms have TV/DVD. The address of the property is 50 South Beach Lane.
The dining table seats eight to ten with additional seating for five to six in the kitchen area. The pool area is very private and includes a large table with umbrella, lounge and lawn chairs. The area also includes both a gas grill and charcoal grill, depending on your preference.
The master bedroom and three other bedrooms are on the main floor. The master has a king-size bed, two bedrooms have queens, and the fourth bedroom has twin beds. The fifth upstairs bedroom is a favorite with children. It contains two bunk beds, a futon, a daybed, a TV/DVD, a large table for games, etc. and its own bathroom.

This is our 4th visit to your beautiful home. We always love staying here and especially enjoy the great kitchen. Each of our grown children take a turn preparing gourmet dinners. The week has passed too quickly but it has been wonderful. Of course, we went to a "Greg Russell" show at Harbourtown, and to the Salty Dog, which our kids love. Hope we can come again next year.

This was out 11th trip to the island and our favorite house yet! There was plenty of room for the guests of all ages and a well-equipped kitche. We didn't have to buy anything. We had a great time and enoyed the house a lot! Thanks
