Our home is nestled high on a bluff above the South Fork of the Spring River.
This home provides spectacular year round views.
It is considered one of the most desirable areas in the Village.
Our home offers almost a 180 degree view of the mountains and the valley below. This home is also considered river front as the lot descends all the way from top of the bluff down to the rivers edge below.

Cherokee Village is located approx. 2 1/2 hrs Northwest of Memphis,TN and 2 1/2 hrs Northeast of Little Rock,AR.
Branson,MO is just a short 3 hours away.

Cherokee Village is one of America's premier resort communities. The Village is a wonderful 13,000+ acre golf, lake resort community nestled in the Ozarks. As our guest, you will have access to 2 championship golf courses (one exclusive for property owners), 7 gorgeous lakes for boating and fishing, 2 large community centers with multiple pools, over 30 parks, 2 miniature golf courses, tennis courts and much more. It is less than 1/2 mile straight line distance from the North Golf Course. In fact, from your deck, you look down on the course in the valley far below! The Village offers shopping and restaurants; even a Walmart Supercenter approx 3 miles away in the nearby community of Ash Flat.

This is a 2 story home with approx 1290 sq feet on each level. Both levels feature huge great rooms that run the length of the house. Both great rooms are on the view side of the home and are entirely lined with full length glass windows facing the views. This gives you completely unobstructed views as you relax, watch TV or enjoy your meals. The upstairs great room has a vaulted ceiling with skylights. Since the kitchen is off the upstairs great room, you even get the great views while you are cooking. There is a full bath upstairs and 3/4 bath downstairs. There are 3+ bedrooms total. There is a large stone fireplace in each of the great rooms for those cozy mountain nights. This house is absolutely ideal for entertaining with the great rooms and the huge full-length covered deck that can hold all of your friends as they admire the views or have dinner on the deck.
Our home has a circular concrete driveway at the end of a paved cul-de-sac. We also own the vacant lot next door which serves as a buffer from the neighbors.
