THIS IS NOT AN ORDINARY VACATION CONDO - IT IS OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME, AND IS EQUIPPED AND CARED FOR AS SUCH. We and our family spend time in the condo throughout each year and have furnished, equipped and decorated it to the high standard we wish to enjoy. If you come stay here it is that comfort you will be sharing.
Our condo is a very spacious (1650 sq ft), fully air-conditioned, THREE BEDROOM apartment with private direct beach access and a shared pool which is heated in the summer months. It was built in 2000, and has been completely refurnished and redecorated. The kitchen has just been upgraded. Our location is marked in text on the main picture above.
The condo sleeps six in one king (en-suite) bedroom, one double, and one twin bedrooms. Every bedroom has cable TV, hi-fi, and phone. The king bedroom also has a DVD player.
The king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with WC, bath, washbasin, and separate shower cubicle. In addition it has a large walk-in wardrobe/cupboard room.
The main accommodation area provides seating for six on a new leather corner sofa unit and a leather recliner. There is a large cable TV, with DVD, and a surround sound cinema unit which also plays CDs.
There is a PC with printer, which provides broadband internet access for our guests.
The dining area seats six around a large formal table. There is ample cupboard and drawer space.
The living accommodation and bedrooms have been tastefully furnished with pictures, paintings, and more than ample lighting provided by table and reading lamps. There are overhead fans in all bedrooms and in the living areas. The accommodation is carpeted and tiled throughout.
There is additional seating for six in the fully equipped luxury kitchen area which has a large work surface and is complete with self cleaning range/cooker, a microwave, and a fridge/freezer with ice-maker. The kitchen also has a full range of cooking utensils and a full range of crockery and cutlery for at least six people. There is also a food mixer, a coffee maker and a blender.
The main house bathroom is conveniently situated between the twin and double bedrooms and has a bath/shower with sliding screens, WC, and wash basin. There is a further cloakroom facility with WC and wash basin in the utility corridor which also contains a washer and a separate tumble dryer together with iron and ironing board.
The condo is 1650 square feet in size and has two balconies - one which catches the sun beautifully in the afternoon and has two reclining chairs, two seats, and two tables and provides partial sea and beach view. The other balcony is at the other end of the condo and is equipped with two seats.
The condo is an upper level unit in a block of two which stand above their own exclusive covered parking with space for two cars for each unit. Parking permits will be provided.

Why the Owner Chose Sea Isle Villas
We bought the condo to have somewhere of our own by the beach - for vacations at first - and then to use for longer stays when we retire and the kids have flown the nest.
We preferred the flexibility of our own place to living in hotels, and decided to buy somewhere spacious so we could rattle about it in just like home and not feel we were compromising on space and facilities just to have somewhere to vacation.
We confess to liking our comfort and our luxuries!
Add to that the attractions of Indian Rocks Beach - quiet and neighborly - but only a few minutes away from the attractions at Clearwater Beach, and the other attractions of the beaches and towns here - and only 15 minutes away from Largo Mall and the cinema - and you have an ideal location for a vacation as quite or as active as you could wish.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The condo is in a quiet location yet only a few steps from the beach. It is well decorated, very well equipped and easy to relax in.
If you are bringing the family you will find that we have put TV and HiFi in every room (lounge and all 3 bedrooms) so there is flexibility for everyone to do what they want without getting in each others' way - which so often happens in smaller, less well equipped condos.
And there is a computer with broadband (and printer) for local information gathering, email, or games (although you will need to bring your own games!)
Walk the pier at sunset, visit the pier market, sunbathe on the large sandy beach, hire a boat, take a whale-watching cruise, play mini-golf, go to the aquarium, or visit the shops.
Visit Largo Mall with a vast array of shopping - including Target and Michaels - or enjoy a visit to our local cinema. We once found ourself next to Hulk Hogan in the ticket line!
If you are serious about shopping then this is the place for you Macy's, JC Penney, Sears, Dillard, Borders, and many many more all in a classy mall with vast parking
Well worth a visit - not only for its Pier - but for the museums and art galleries which are of a very high standard. We particularly enjoyed the Dali Exhibition. You can of course also watch the foot
Our nearest Outlets - about 50 minutes drive from the condo. Allow plenty of time for a visit as this is a very large complex.
A small quiet town just north of Clearwater Beach - but we love it for its quaint shops, indoor market, and the antique shops. We also enjoy CasaTina the Mexican Restaurant here
... and of course there are the delights of Tampa itself with International Mall being the largest shopping complex - although you will find Saks 5th Avenue nearer the airport. Ybor City historic dist
No need to drive to Orlando when Busch Gardens Theme Park and Water Park are only 45 minutes from the condo.

We are from Scotland and are both professionals - accountants. We have a growing family who also enjoy their own visits to the condo.
We love our condo by the beach and while we come over from the UK as often as possible to enjoy it, we are also happy to share it with others.
We don't regard the lettings as a business - just a way of making sure the condo gets looked after and used - and it helps cover our costs of course.

Great location in Indian Rocks Beach! Beach is not too busy, and clean. Lots of shells to collect. Condo was spacious and had all we needed. Pool was warm and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Would recommend it, and Ian is so prompt and helpful answering emails. Loved local restaurants like Pj's, Guppy's and Keegan's. Short drive to Clearwater and loved the Clearwater Marine Aquarium with WINTER the dolphin.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Your condo was everything and more than we expected: clean, spacious (actually, it is huge!), fully stocked with everything we would need to have a wonderful vacation. I especially appreciated to personal touches: flowers on arrival, small soaps and shampoos as a starter until we had time to shop for more, books, movies and some games in case we got bored with our selection. All of our questions were answered promptly- your communication was great. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend your condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in a beautiful area.

We stayed for 2 weeks and really enjoyed our vacation at this condo. The condo was clean and is very spacious. Having two balconies is an added bonus. Loved that bicycles are available for use as well. Good location on the beach, covered parking, very comfortable leather sofa, huge master bedroom .... lots of advantages to renting this condo. The owner offers PayPal which makes payment transactions quick and easy and he is prompt at answering emails. The owner's local contact for the condo, Mary, is helpful and pleasant to deal with. A local coffee shop, The Lighthouse, is within walking distance and offers the best apple fritters and key lime donuts. Overall a great condo and would definitely stay here again.

We come to Indian Rocks Beach each year and with our children getting older, outgrew the condo we always stayed in. We found this one and it was so spacious and homey-we did not want to leave! Walking distance to Guppy's-which we loved and it had plenty of room for our growing family. We hope to return again this year.

I loved everything about this condo. The indoor washer/dryer, so useful with a family, 3 bathrooms - great, thoughtful touches like a hairdryer, lots and lots of room, HUGE living room area. Very comfy sofas in the sitting room. Bedrooms great sizes, lots of storage in closets, the master bedroom was the biggest I've ever slept in! Very quiet location on the beach, brilliant pool area, right by Guppys' probably my favourite restaurant now, and super clean inside. We will be back next year, the price is excellent for such a good quality and spacious vacation home. Particularly liked the undercover parking for our two cars in the hot summer, kept the car cooler inside. Great spa tub and separate shower in master was a nice extra too. Useful to be able to hook up my laptop to an internet source. Thanks for the books, plenty to read and dvds to watch, not that we spent much time indoors. A/c was very efficient, I noticed it was brand new this year, no problems during our stay, but nice to know we had a local person nearby if there was. Great great vacation, lots of nice memories thanks Ian!

My family rented this condo for a week in June and absolutely loved it! We have rented various homes and condos around the US and Caribbean from vrbo in the past. This was the best one we have found! It had it all.... on the Gulf, nearby restaurants and grocery, quiet area, great beach, pool with lounge chairs, fully stocked condo that is beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and linens too! It was clean and we felt very comfortable there from the minute we walked in the door (just like home). We had brought some of our own beach toys but also used the ones in the closet downstairs too. 15 minutes to Clearwater and 45 minutes to St. Pete. This was our first time staying in Indian Rocks... but definitely not our last! We have already recommended this condo to our family and friends. Can't wait to return!

We loved the time spent at your condo and would love to return again. The condo is beautiful and spacious and the beach is one of our favorite places to be. You will find a styrofoam cooler in your back closet near the air conditioner and a beach umbrella under the stairs that we left behind for you. (They were too big to carry on the plane.) Thanks again for letting us enjoy your condo.
