The condo was beautiful, clean and as well equipped as any that we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in dozens over the years. The owner was in contact before and after our stay to make sure everything was fine. We hope to stay there again soon.

A Perfect Getaway!

We had a perfectly wonderful holiday staying at the Sea Isle. The condo is very spacious and all amenities were provided to make the accomodations comfortable, and quickly feel like our own home away from home! Since I was traveling with carry-on luggage only, the thoughtful little extras like shampoo being provided, was grealy appreciated. The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful and friendly. There are plenty of good restaurants and stores near by, and Tampa isn't far away for an even larger selection. We enjoyed walking the couple of blocks up the street to Cafe de Paris in the mornings, for a latte or cappucino, and French pastries that are better than anything at Starbucks! Being right on the beach was ideal, since we enjoy the beautiful white sand, and the ocean so much, and walking along the shore every day. My toughest decision every day was whether to relax on the beach or at the pool! This was probably the most restful vacation I have ever had! I didn't want to leave. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo!

Christmas at Sea Isle

Our son, daughter-in-law and their two little girls live about 10 minutes from the condo. We had always stayed at the Doubletree before this year. Your condo has changed that. I don't think we will ever stay in a hotel again. Our other son and his wife as well as her mother stayed with us so we used all three bedrooms and were never crowded. It just feels like home. The temperature was too cool for us to enjoy the pool or gulf but I'm sure we will make up for it this summer. Ian was great at communicating and you can tell this is their second home that they shared with us. Thank you!

Ian- Our family enjoyed every minute at the condo. It is beautiful and very comfortable. I loved that the complex wasn't crowded , and that the pool was, at times, all ours:). There was plenty of room for our family in the condo, and I love the sofa! The half bath was a nice added feature. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

This condo has everything you will ever need. We had the best time and never wanted to leave. All the rooms are huge and it was stocked with everything you could want. Books to read, radios in the rooms, a computer to use, bikes, umbrella, pool toys, towels, boogie boards...it was just wonderful. Thank you for being so generous in your trust with people. I hope it is always returned to you.

Great location in Indian Rocks Beach! Beach is not too busy, and clean. Lots of shells to collect. Condo was spacious and had all we needed. Pool was warm and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Would recommend it, and Ian is so prompt and helpful answering emails. Loved local restaurants like Pj's, Guppy's and Keegan's. Short drive to Clearwater and loved the Clearwater Marine Aquarium with WINTER the dolphin.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Your condo was everything and more than we expected: clean, spacious (actually, it is huge!), fully stocked with everything we would need to have a wonderful vacation. I especially appreciated to personal touches: flowers on arrival, small soaps and shampoos as a starter until we had time to shop for more, books, movies and some games in case we got bored with our selection. All of our questions were answered promptly- your communication was great. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend your condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in a beautiful area.

Very nice condo. Our teens appreciated the bicycle and the use of a computer with internet access. Indeed the owner is very prompt at answering emails and very helpful. Everything was the way we thought. Thanks Ian.

We stayed for 2 weeks and really enjoyed our vacation at this condo. The condo was clean and is very spacious. Having two balconies is an added bonus. Loved that bicycles are available for use as well. Good location on the beach, covered parking, very comfortable leather sofa, huge master bedroom .... lots of advantages to renting this condo. The owner offers PayPal which makes payment transactions quick and easy and he is prompt at answering emails. The owner's local contact for the condo, Mary, is helpful and pleasant to deal with. A local coffee shop, The Lighthouse, is within walking distance and offers the best apple fritters and key lime donuts. Overall a great condo and would definitely stay here again.

We come to Indian Rocks Beach each year and with our children getting older, outgrew the condo we always stayed in. We found this one and it was so spacious and homey-we did not want to leave! Walking distance to Guppy's-which we loved and it had plenty of room for our growing family. We hope to return again this year.

I loved everything about this condo. The indoor washer/dryer, so useful with a family, 3 bathrooms - great, thoughtful touches like a hairdryer, lots and lots of room, HUGE living room area. Very comfy sofas in the sitting room. Bedrooms great sizes, lots of storage in closets, the master bedroom was the biggest I've ever slept in! Very quiet location on the beach, brilliant pool area, right by Guppys' probably my favourite restaurant now, and super clean inside. We will be back next year, the price is excellent for such a good quality and spacious vacation home. Particularly liked the undercover parking for our two cars in the hot summer, kept the car cooler inside. Great spa tub and separate shower in master was a nice extra too. Useful to be able to hook up my laptop to an internet source. Thanks for the books, plenty to read and dvds to watch, not that we spent much time indoors. A/c was very efficient, I noticed it was brand new this year, no problems during our stay, but nice to know we had a local person nearby if there was. Great great vacation, lots of nice memories thanks Ian!

My family rented this condo for a week in June and absolutely loved it! We have rented various homes and condos around the US and Caribbean from vrbo in the past. This was the best one we have found! It had it all.... on the Gulf, nearby restaurants and grocery, quiet area, great beach, pool with lounge chairs, fully stocked condo that is beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and linens too! It was clean and we felt very comfortable there from the minute we walked in the door (just like home). We had brought some of our own beach toys but also used the ones in the closet downstairs too. 15 minutes to Clearwater and 45 minutes to St. Pete. This was our first time staying in Indian Rocks... but definitely not our last! We have already recommended this condo to our family and friends. Can't wait to return!

Best Vacation Ever!

Came in May 2010 with wife and 2 young boys and had a great time. We will never do a hotel again! condo was huge, clean and completely furnished, even had a computer with internet and printer. Having ensuite laundry and fully stocked kitchen were great with young kids. Nice quiet complex with pool and although there is tons to do in area, beach right in front of the condo is magnificent. Beach is not crowded, clean, and the sunsets over the water are great. Amazing restaurants in area such as Guppy's, Pj's Oyster bar etc. Appeal of Indian Rocks Beach is that there are no buildings over 4 storeys, no fast food or chain restaurants and no tourist type places, it's beautiful, quiet, and feels residential yet you're so close to all amenities and only 15 min from Clearwater. The whole experience of renting this condo was perfect from beginning to end and we seriously can't wait to go back!

Excellent location, right on the beach, clean, well kept condo. We have stayed here for the last 2 years and, assuming it is available, will always check to stay here in the future.

We have been coming to this condo for the past 4 yrs and it is always in wonderful condition with every convenience that one could ask for. Beautiful condo, great location on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The owner is always quick to respond to any queries and a pleasure to deal with. HIghly recommended!

We loved the time spent at your condo and would love to return again. The condo is beautiful and spacious and the beach is one of our favorite places to be. You will find a styrofoam cooler in your back closet near the air conditioner and a beach umbrella under the stairs that we left behind for you. (They were too big to carry on the plane.) Thanks again for letting us enjoy your condo.

We had a great time! We had a wonderful July 4th on the beach. My husband has family in Tampa and they came out for the day and my daughter and grandchildren were there for a few days. Your home is so lovely and everything we needed was there. I tried to keep things clean and respect your things as if they were our own. Thanks again for everything.

"We couldn't have been more pleased. The unit was super clean and all the furnishings were like new. The space was fantastic and more than fulfilled our needs. Also the location was perfect with access to the beach, local resturants and downtown Tampa. I would definitely look to rent this unit again and recommend it to anyone in our club whenever they come down again"
