The Big House is within walking distance to the charming Woods Hole Village with casual restaurants and family activities.

This former ambassador's home is filled with art and antiquities from the Far East. The house itself, a turn of the century Victorian, complete with widow's walk, was built in 1890. Each room a elegant reminder of an era long gone. The smoke-free house is surrounded by gracious lawns, chinese statuary, and hidden gardens.

A huge kitchen (fully stocked), butler's pantry complete with warming ovens ensures the ability to handle small intimate dinners or large parties with ease.
