Roll out of bed onto the sand!!! This GROUND FLOOR, BEACH-FRONT condominium is located in one of the most prestigious buildings on the island with all first class amenities and two outside pools and a gym.This condo has been remodeled with brand new-- top of the line flooring and furnishings, bring your DVDs and music.
One of the two very spacious bedroom suites has a king-size bed and the other has a queen size bed. In addition there is a fold-out queen-size sofa-sleeper in the living room for the kids. A total of 6 sleep comfortably.
A full kitchen, with all dish ware, cookware and utensils, is included for your convenience. There is a separate dining area. Bed linens and other necessities are provided. A washer and dryer make packing easy! Phone with free local calls is included.
The complex has two buildings, our unit is in the beach front three story building on the first floor. The adjecent tower is home to the beautiful lobby and all the other amenities. The complex is gated and has 24 hour security and there is private parking right next to the entrance to the condo.
If you want to take a regal vacation in a classy place, this is the location for you.
Note: The property is currently under renovation due to the hurricane that hit last year. The project is due to finish by the end of April 2011.

This condo have a great beach view, is one of the most nearest to the ocean, you are a few steps for the sand and sea, have a great pools, heated and normal and a Jacuzzi that works great, you can go and relax any time of the year, I highly recommend this condo it was so comfortable. Camacho family was very kindly with us, and we will visit again in summer, thanks..

This was our second time at the Breakers. The heated pool was a blessing, and they are currently renovating the indoor pool, which at our previous stay was a God sent in Jan and Feb, as the weather can turn chilly and that area was also pleasant, rain or shine. The unit has a wonderful view and everything you need. The area has ample restaurants and shopping. You can walk for hours on the beach without interuption. We will be back.

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Our visit was so relaxing, and the condo was so comfortable. The views were breathtaking. Mr. and Mrs. Comacho were very nice, and we look forward to future visits.

This condo is wonderful. Our family had the opportunity to rent this condo in August 2007. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This condo is well decorated, has all the amenities you need, and there is parking literally a few steps from the front door. This makes packing and unpacking the car very easy. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the waves. The swimming pool was right outside also. If you are looking for a place to stay with your kids, this is it! If you are looking for a place to relax, this is it! We will be returning to this condo in the future.

Thank you Mr. Camacho for opening up your home and sharing it with others. Its like camping on the beach except in a well appointed and beautifully decorated condo. The shoreline is literally just a few steps away. My family and I thouroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the waves and watching them roll in. We will definitely be returning.

This is a wonderful condo - truely great beach location, close to everything and beautiful property. My family had a wonderful time enjoying the pools, ocean and sandy beach. Little things to appreciate - shower outside to wash off the sand, front door parking - ground level and still a fantastic view, secure property and well decorated condo.

Your condo was just perfect for our family. The volleyball net was on the beach infront of the place, my girls met other students and that made it fun. The inside pool was another plus when it got cooler. We spent time sitting on your patio on your comfortable wicker chairs reading and looking out over the ocean.
