Dee chose Breckenridge for her home and real estate investment base after traveling throughout Colorado, comparing communities and they amenities they offered. Because Breckenridge is central to several great ski areas, is a vibrant, yet historical, town, rather than just a seasonal resort, and is only a 2 hour drive to an international airport (DIA), and it offers year 'round activities and cultural events and opportunities, Dee chose Breckenridge over all other communities in Colorado. It was a decision she has never regretted as Breckenridge continues to offer more ski terrain for winter fun and sporting and cultural opportunities throughout the year.
