The Akers Family invites you and your family to enjoy our vacation home located in the beautiful resort of Ocean Lakes. Ocean Lakes specializes in family fun and was voted "Best of the Beach" for five years.
They have received honors of being "Premier Recreation Operation" for three years. Ocean Lakes offers everything you'll need for a fun filled beach adventure! Our smoke-free home is six years old. It is very neat and clean.
We offer Linens for you to use. Our home offers one queen size bed, one full size bed, two futon bunks, and one queen sleeper sofa, two large full baths, Outside open shower, Outside electric hookup for Golf Cart.
Off the street parking is available. We are located on a dead end street which is great for little ones. You will feel safe and secure in the 24 hour gated community.

Year Purchased: 2000
We are Steve and Debi Akers. We are the proud grand parents of two wonderful grandchildren. We have 2 daughters who God has bless us with and God blessed our daughters with Godly husbands. We both work, Steve is a Contract Administrator and Debi is a Long Term Care Administrator. We have high pressure, high stress jobs and that is the reason we love going to Ocean Lakes where life is stress free and simple. We love enjoying God's wonderful creation.
Why the Owner Chose Section U
We have been going to OCEAN LAKES since 1980, our family still loves going there. We are now enjoying the facilities with our grand-daughter. We also have vacation rentals in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Area. I can honestly say we have never had a bad vacation at Ocean Lakes even during Hurricane Bob. If you have never stayed at Ocean Lakes, try it, hopefully you will love it as much as we have. We are Christians and we are so blessed to have this beach house to offer it to you and your family. The Unique Benefits of this House
Rest and relaxation. We have been going to OC for over 25 years and this was the first year that we enjoyed breakfast at the Sandy Snack Bar. We would get up, put on our bathing suit, take our golf cart, and go eat breakfast. (of course it took our grand-daughter to get us to do this). If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, you don't have to take the kids out of the park for entertainment, Ocean Lakes has it all. PS a great place for breakfast is at the Surfside Pier, the Fresh Pineapple is wonderful.
