When we saw our Bergerac apartment, a single phrase sprang to mind: ‘A million dollar view!’ This stunning, romantic apartment has a close up view of the Eiffel Tower from three sets of French doors!

There are three small balconies you can step on to savor the view of the Eiffel Tower, the river and Trocadéro to your right and the Tour de Montparnasse far to your left. We have completely remodeled this three bedroom/two and a half bath apartment and are excited for you to view it.

Enter our 820 square foot Paris apartment to a long corridor leading to every room. Turn left into the large living room, dining room and kitchen. You are immediately struck by the view of La Grande Dame de Paris, the Eiffel Tower from the two sets of French doors in front of you.

It is wonderful, especially at night when the magic light show begins after dark. For ten minutes on the hour 20,000 lights twinkle in an incredible magic show.

You have a front seat view from the living room, dining room and master bedroom and you can even hear the applause from the visitors on the Tower!

The living room sofa and chairs cluster around the original marble fireplace. Tones of beige and turquoise mixed with copper highlight the sofa, cushions and curtains to create an elegant and restful room.

The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed without having to remove the cushions! Our guests tell us they argue over who can sleep on it, so they don’t miss the view at night.

Don’t worry; metal shutters on the balcony close to block out the light but guests tell us they prefer to leave them open. After all, a trip to Paris is a memory of a lifetime and this unforgettable view is one of the reasons why.

In the living room find a flat screen TV, dual standard DVD (bring your favorite movies), stereo (bring your favorite CD’s) and satellite reception for English channels: CNN, CNBC, etc.

The living faces due west and is very sunny in the afternoons and evening. There is nothing better than coming home from a long day of sightseeing and shopping to a sunny, warm and comfortable room where you can relax with a glass of wine and good conversation.
We also provide a free, wireless internet for you.

To the left of the living room find the built-in kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has large refrigerator/freezer, convection oven, combination microwave/oven, four burner stove, dishwasher, electric espresso/cappuccino maker and every appliance you might need to cook a gourmet meal.

One of the joys of renting an apartment in our arrondissement is to be able to shop at the four large open markets within walking distance and return home with wonderful foods to heat up or actually prepare. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen, a real treat.

The dining table seats up to eight; it is one of the most romantic private tables in the world, as you can watch the Eiffel Tower while dining.

Fnd the master bedroom down the corridor on your left. This beautiful room offers one of the most special and romantic views you could wish for, as you can toast your stay in Paris with champagne while enjoying the Eiffel Tower‘s light show in bed. The bed is a dual king which can also be made up as singles. We warn you that it is hard to get up in the mornings!

An antique commode and four large cupboards mean there is plenty of storage. We have installed a flat screen tv for you to enjoy TV in the bedroom as well.

Having a good night’s sleep is important to us, so we installed double-glazed windows and French doors in all of our apartments. Therefore, all of the rooms are very quiet for a good night’s sleep.

At the end of the corridor find the master bathroom, tiled in marble with a Roman frieze around the walls. The bathtub has a fixed showerhead (no French telephone showers which spout everywhere when you turn them on) so you can grab a shower or soak in a warm bath after a long day of walking. A stone dolphin is the spout for the bathtub. Two antique marble sinks sit on a limestone countertop. The washer and dryer are in the closet behind you.

On the far right of the corridor is the second bedroom, with queen-size bed and a wall of cupboards. There is a small balcony you can step out on to enjoy the view of the rooftops. We found an old weather vane rooster at the flea market and pictures of French shoes and handbags for this room, giving it a sunny French feel.

Bedroom three is the second door on your right, a small but cozy room which sleeps one. Step out onto the small balcony and enjoy sunrise from the East and pretty views over the rooftops.

The third bedroom leads to bathroom two, tiled in beige rectangular tiles with gray slate floors. This bathroom has a full size, built-in glass shower, toilet and sink.

The first toilet is on your right as you enter the apartment and has a small sink for extra ‘getting ready’ room.

We leave lots of Paris guidebooks and other information on the neighborhood for you to peruse during your stay.

This is a non-smoking vacation rental apartment and sorry but no pets are allowed.

We think you will love staying in our Paris apartment! Please email us for availability and we'll get back right away.

Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 7

After moving to Paris, we tried many Paris neighborhoods and the decision was simple; the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside your apartment and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.

The Unique Benefits at this Paris Apartment

Million dollar view of the Eiffel Tower directly in front of you! This apartment has been used for photo shoots for its unmatched views. Shop at the local open air markets and dine at home at night with a front seat Paris view. Have coffee and cognac in the living room and savor the light show on the Eiffel Tower. Bring your camera because you can't stop taking pictures; you'll come home with memories of a lifetime.

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 7

I was an American banker in London and met my husband Philippe, who was a cardiac surgeon in Paris. When we bought our first Paris apartment, our friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views -- walking distance to cafe's, landmarks and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying cafe' au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied a' terre when we were away and our Paris apartment rentals business, www.Parisperfect.com, began! Philippe left medicine for business and we commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who are French and American citizens... and who always correct my French grammar!

“Our apartment next to the Eiffel Tower was perfect. It was a wonderful home away from home, and it gave us the chance to feel like we really lived there, even for a short while. And there was always the support of the Paris Perfect staff if we needed anything. Best of all, though, was all of the wonderful advice about our neighborhood - preferred places to eat, where to shop, what to order, and more. I would recommend Paris Perfect in a heartbeat. I thought our last week in Paris would be a once-in-a-lifetime trip, but now, I can't wait to plan our next visit.” Jacqueline - Thursday, July 9th 2009

We recently stayed in the Bergerac Apartment on Ave de la Bourdannais and had the most wonderful time. The apartment was perfect for all of us, location great and view very impressive. We have stayed in Paris Perfect apartments twice now and both times have been impressed with the apartment and the location. So much better than staying in a hotel. When we next visit Paris we will be hopefully be staying in one of the apartments. Thank you!!!” Noni Glew - Wednesday, July 15th 2009

My daughter and I recently enjoyed eight perfect nights at the Pinot and Bergerac apartments, exceeding our expectations in every way. The location is ideal, the apartments were gorgeous with every amenity imaginable, and the views of the Eiffel Tower were spectacular. Our days were full of sightseeing, shopping on the Rue Cler for dinner, sampling many croissants at the many neighborhood patisseries, enjoying quiet and not-so-quiet rides on the Batobus and Bateau Mouches, experiencing the wonderful Constant restaurants, gazing at the Eiffel Tower until the last twinkle of the day...and the list goes on. There is nothing like returning to a sun-drenched, warm and lovely apartment on a peaceful tree-lined avenue after a long day of sightseeing. Pinot and Bergerac created the space for us to explore the offerings of a wonderful and unique neighborhood while having all the comforts of home, and for my daughter to kickoff her semester abroad in the most unforgettable way. Our stay was magical and we recommend Paris Perfect to all...” Grace Stanton - Denver, Colorado - September 2009

Your guide to the apartment was very well thought out. Even better was the great guide to all the local businesses. The restaurant suggestions were great. Thank you for your email. We did have a fabulous time in Paris and especially enjoyed our condo, Bergerac. It was exactly as described on your website and even better. I would also love to add a couple recommendations for your Parisguide book which we found very helpful. Sophie was a fantastic chef who came to our condo 2 nights and cooked delicious gourmet 3 course meals for us Also I hired a private tour guide, Sabine, who gave us a fantastic tour of Versaille and then cooked us a wonderful authentic dinner at her country home Thanks again,” Karen Reed - September 2009

Bergerac was a wonderful pied a terre for our 6 days in Paris. The three bedrooms were quiet and comfortable, and the bathrooms were wonderful. We appreciated the washer and dryer, and used the efficient kitchen for breakfasts and some dinners. The kitchen is especially well stocked with dishes and cooking gear! We found everything just, well, Paris Perfect!” Diane Child - Provo, UT - Monday, August 31st 2009

    • Good friends joined us to share this magnificent apartment! We were all overjoyed! What fantastic views. We weren't sure that we wanted to go out! The bathroom with the dolphin was quite special. How fun. Everything was perfect in the apartment from the welcome basket to all the wonderful German body wash/lotion and shampoo. So many extras. We found that we could walk to so many places, the Eiffel Tower, the river Seine..across the river to wonderful (and expensive) shops and on to Champs Elysee. We experienced several area markets along with rue Cler. We walked to Invalides, Rodin and d'Orsay. We took in Bon Marche and the Grande Epicerie. We took the bus to the BHV and all had fun shopping there. We had so many restaurants to choose from in the area. We found all 4 of the famous Christian Constant ones. We also did some eating in..the fella's went out and picked up fresh morning croissants. We didn't miss much! Thank you Madelyn, Philippe, Carolyn and all the wonderful Paris Perfect team for making this a really great trip for all of us! Ginny
