The Sandpiper, a beautiful, fully air-conditioned, six bedroom, three bathroom house is on two levels, with two master bedrooms, both en-suite, on the ground floor.On the upper floor you will find another bathroom and four other bedrooms. After visiting Disney and the theme parks many visitors have commented on how much fun and relaxation they and their children have had in the large, 400 square foot games room, playing pool, air hockey, soccer and darts, or just relaxing watching a DVD, TV with a cool drink.
One of the most popular features of the house is at the back where it is completely fenced all around, allowing the children to play safe and giving you total privacy,nobody can overlook you when you are swimming in the 28 feet by 14 feet screened pool, relaxing and sunbathing with an iced drink on the patio, having a barbecue, or eating breakfast around the pool.You can sit outside and enjoy the sun all day, mornings and afternoons.
If you feel like a game of tennis or volley ball then they are all within walking distance of the house. Great golf courses are plentiful, all within a couple of miles,some a little easy, others quite a challenge, (you can hire all your clubs), or just have a practice on the driving range.Take the children across the road and fish in one of the two lakes on the development.
In the evenings give Mom a rest and treat her to a fabulous meal in many of the famous restaurants along the US192, then take a stroll through Old Town, Downtown Disney or the Boardwalk, all within a short drive.
