My husband and I purchased this roomy, 3 bedroom condo because it was the BEST location in the core. Right next to the new Capella Hotel, it has restaurants within 100 yards and the gondola is only 150 yards away! We've fixed it up so it's comfy and when we bought a house about 5 min away, we kept the condo so we could have it for friends when they visit.
