This spacious and cozy "treehouse" villa is surrounded by lagoons and ancient Live Oaks and is one of few that offers a KING bed. Two double beds in second bedroom. Split bedroom design. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, private deck and overlooks pool and gardens. A 200 sf entry covered deck provides sunset views and room for family and friends.

NO VERTICAL BLINDS, CURTAINS HAVE BLACK-OUT LINING. AND OUR UPPER LEVEL LOCATION ELIMINATES NOISE FROM GUESTS ABOVE! Tub/shower and water closet PRIVATELY SEPARATED from vanity/lavatory areas in each bathroom.

This villa is the loveliest in this complex whose floor plan is the best design and most spacious of all 2 bedroom villas on the island! If you are looking for a "hotel experience", The Villages or Boardwalk Inn is for you. If you want the comforts of home, book our villa!

Owner PREFERS 2 couples or parents with 2 children. It’s perfect for two couples traveling together, or as a romantic and extra-spacious getaway for two. The beach is WONDERFUL off season and all the shopping and excitement of Charleston is just minutes away.

Walk 500 yards down a quiet lane and boardwalk to excellent beach or throw in a line from the fishing deck on one of our lagoons. Walk to golf, (Fazio's Harbor Course), bike rentals, and paths just steps away. Great restaurants and shopping a short drive, and some within Wild Dunes Resort. We have a large pool in our complex. If you want golf, beach, pool, bikes, spa services, restaurants and resort ambiance, the over-rated "SportsCard" is NOT NECESSARY! Owner guests w/ SportsCard pay $25/hr for tennis and $25/day for the community pool. FREE TENNIS is available at the beautiful Isle of Palms Recreation Center a few blocks away. Google IOP recreation center for their amenities. A real savings for you!

  • We had a wonderful time at Wild Dunes. Our first visit, but not our last. The villa was just great - clean, spacious, comfortable, love the decor. Felt like home. Cathey was wonderful to work with for booking, questions, etc. Our 7 year-old daughter wants to move there!! The beach is great...all the amenities one could want at Wild Dunes!

  • We had a wonderful July week at Wild Dunes. This villa is great -- really comfortable and very well-equipped. The location is wonderful -- an easy walk to the gorgeous beach, Boardwalk, playground, fitness center, etc. Also a quick and easy drive to Charleston, the Aquarium and fabulous restaurants. Check-in and check-out were incredibly quick and smooth, and we really appreciated the owner's follow-up and accessibility as we were making all the arrangements. We loved Wild Dunes, and hope to be back!
