We decided to purchase this home because it was almost new and in excellent condition and that it was so close to the beach access point and on the beach side of the street.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love the ability to walk to several local restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops,and bike rentals. The bike/ jogging path is right beside the property and is 12 miles long.
