Surrounded by beautiful live oak and pine trees, this home extends a sense of privacy, while still only being minutes away from the beach, shopping and dining! Offering guests opulent comfort with a Continental flair, this spacious home features hardwood flooring, high ceilings with ceiling fans, and striking original art throughout the home. First Floor: The living room of this elegantly casual home offers a comfortable haven, with its marble-tiled gas fireplace, built-in bookshelves and ceiling fan. A TV, VCR and DVD player, and stereo with CD player offer a variety of entertainment options. Lovely French doors open to the spacious sundeck, which has a gas grill. The dining room is located through an elegant archway, and exhibits French influences in its rich fabrics and gilt trims. The screen porch is accessed through French doors. The eat-in kitchen features a marvelous tiled counter and butcher-block island. This open kitchen also has a built-in wine rack and flat-top range, as well as a high chair for little visitors. A half-bath is available in the foyer. The master bedroom (King) is furnished with a beautiful four-poster bed, marble-top bedside tables, and its own TV. French doors open to the deck to let in breezes, which are stirred by the ceiling fan. The master bath has a double vanity, a whirlpool tub, and a extra-large shower with two shower heads! Second Floor: High ceilings throughout the second floor create a feeling of spacious grace. A bedroom (two twins) with spring green accents and its own access to the second floor piazza, shares a full hall bath with a third bedroom (two twins). This bedroom is decorated in muted steel gray, cranberry and mauve, and conveys a sense of sophistication. Another bedroom (king and crib) has black and red accents, and shares a second full hall bath with a bedroom (King). A sleigh bed and TV set this bedroom apart from others on the second floor, as does the private door to the piazza. A sixth bedroom (Double) is decorated in sage green and yellow. A den (Super Single) offers a place to gather and watch TV or a video on the VCR. It also has a door to the second floor piazza. Third Floor: The third floor (two twins) is a spacious room, which has its own private sundeck, and ceiling fan.
