Aloha!!!! Greetings from Kamaole Sands here in South Maui. We'd like to welcome you to our gorgeous two bedroom two bath condominium that offers a serene garden setting, a "Great" ocean view in the background and a view of the pool and central garden area. FANTASTIC VIEWS!!
We recently upgraded our condominium and it is fabulous,new counters, appliances,sinks,tile in baths & full sized washer/dryer! Our smoke-free unit is spacious, very clean, well appointed, nicely decorated, and located at one of Maui's premiere condominium complexes directly across the street from Kamaole Beach Park Three- one of Maui's best swimming beaches.
Ideally located, the North END UNIT on the 3rd floor of Bldg. 5, a rare all one level 2 bdrm. 2 bath with two lanai's. (#5-316)
TV's in each bedroom, one with VCR, one with DVD, DVD also in Living Room with TV.

Lovely Affordable 2BR/2BA Close to Pool - Great View!!! Quiet!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Some of the GREAT things about this unit are the Sea Breeze's, great air flow, Super Views of the Ocean, spectacular Sunsets, quiet private setting.
Beautiful grassy park with showers, restrooms,picinic tables and paths to the beach.
Just past 4950 Makena Rd. on the right is 5 graves, a walking path adjoin's the graves on the right, just follow the path to the small cove. Stand on the rocks and look into the cove, the turtles feed on the sea weed growing on the rocks.
Condo complex, beautiful grounds, tennis courts, pool, 2 spa's and workout room, etc.

This is our second time staying at Kamaole Sands. We love the area and the property, it is close to everything and the beaches are great. 5-316 was a very spacious condo and was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The views off both lanais were amazing for watching sunsets over the ocean every evening. The owner John was very friendly and helpful and accommodated us and all our needs. We truly enjoyed the time we spent here and hope to return next year and stay in the same unit again.

Having not used the VRBO process before I didn't quite know what to expect, however, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth everything went We stayed in this condo for 10 days in August and it was exactly as advertised. The unit was in an excellent location within the complex and was very roomy for our family of 4. We loved the tradewinds that continually blew through the unit and never once found a need to turn on the air conditioning. We particularily appreciated the beach chairs, boogey boards, cooler, and mats that were available. We put them to good use. We also enjoyed the extra lanai off the front bedroom for a "quiet get-away" (great place to read a book). The unit is close to the pool, which works well if you have kids that want to spend a lot of time in the water. The owner was very helfpul and responsive, and we will definitely book this unit again next time we visit Maui.

Jan. 26 to Feb 19/11. We found the unit very comfortable. Absolutely love the front bedroom when the tradewinds blow through. The king size bed with memory foam on it is also a bonus. Very quiet unit being on the end away from the elevators & garbage chute. Totally enjoyed it & we are planning another stay there next year.

We have been vacationing in Maui now for almost 20 years and the only resort we have stayed at is Kamaole Sands. We discovered 5-316 a year ago and thoroughly enjoyed it for the past two years. The unit has been updated, is in the best location in the resort (close to the pool, great sunset view) and is very quiet. The second lanai off the master bedroom is a bonus. The owners are great people to work with. We will be back to enjoy Maui and this unit at Kamaole Sands. Howard and Constance Regina, Canada

We stayed here for thee weeks and could have stayed a lot longer. The unit was perfect for the four of us [All seniors]. We had lots of privacy. We spent many nights playing cards on the deck. The unit is very quiet and is located away from the garbage shute and the elevator. It has a great view of the ocean and the grounds and is near the pool. The beach is just across the street. The grounds are very nice and well groomed. We are looking forward to our next visit. The owner is very accommodating and helpfull.

This is a great condo - clean, spacious, and well stocked. It is a 2 bedroom on one level, so there are no extra stairs to contend with. It is located on the far end of the building, so it is well away from the elevator, which makes for a quiet stay and it catches the trade winds, helping to keep the unit cool. The building is away from road noise, but it is a quick walk to Kam III beach (our favorite) through beautifully kept grounds, and close to the pool The view of the gardens and the ocean is really lovely, and it is very nice to have 2 lanais. The Kamaole Sands property is very well-maintained, with the grounds and pool area being some of the nicest that we have seen. The children and young people have fun in the pool without becoming too noisy, and there are several places to barbecue around the property. We found the owner to be very helpful about our needs as visitors to his condo, and he went out of his way to make sure that our stay was exactly what we had hoped for. We would love to stay at this condo again!

My husband and I stayed at property #53779 for our honeymoon. The condo was perfect. It was very clean and well maintained and it was decorated very cute. There condo is very spacious, it has a beautiful ocean view, and it was walking distance to town. We walked to coffee, restaurants and shops every day. There are numerous beautiful beaches right across the street so you can take your pick. There are also great beaches just a short drive away. The pool is right outside the unit which we loved because you just walked out the door and the pool was there. The parking space was very close to the unit which was really convenient. We would absolutly recommend this property to friends and relatives. There is no question that we will be renting the unit again on our next trip to Kihei, Maui. It's the perfect place to stay for a vacation!!!!!

Our favorite place on Maui!!! The condo is clean, big, beautiful with all the ammenities. Great TV & stereo. Clean, fully stocked utensils in kitchen. Outstanding view on Lanai. Also Lanai off of master bedroom. Great bathrooms with lots of room and nice showers. Very comfortable and cozy. It's the best place at Kamaole Sands, Building 5, quiet away from it all, yet with a view of the ocean and pool. Could live in this condo year-round, easily. And our teen-age kids love it too! Have stayed there numerous times. It's our favorite spot. The Zarek Family, Burlington, WI
