  We stayed in Unit #7 - couldn't have asked for a better place - so convenient, close to everything, clean and quiet - It was like being at home so comfortable and relalxing. I have already started to recommend this place to my friends. I can't wait to return again! It was the best 8 days there in Taos! Thank you! Becky in Bethlehem, PA

  The unit is close to Taos Plaza and the local foodstore. (the plus), however, it is very dated and could use a bit of TLC (paint peeling, worn linens, slight musty odor). Additionally, the "free local phone calls" must only be if you bring your own phone....which we did not, and I'm not sure what is considered a hot tub, but maybe in NM you need to use your imagination...all that remained of what may have once been a hottub is a pile of rubbish--no tub in site. If you are looking for a good location, this is the place. But, don't expect the best.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

  Owner response: We always appreciate constructive feedback. The hot tub is being replaced and is not advertised as an ammenity at this time. I am unaware of any peeling paint and actually had the ceiling painted less than two months ago. We certainly will check for any musty odor and will look at the linens. As always we try to maintain the best possible value for your time and Taos.

  My boyfriend and I stayed here just recently and LOVED every minute of it. The condo was so quiet and peaceful and walking distance to everywhere. We will definitely be staying here when we visit Taos again.

  I stayed here while attending at painting seminar at SMU-in-Taos , which is located south of town. It was a perfect choice. Although this property is close to the plaza and the in town attractions, my "commute" to the SMU campus was less than 20 minutes. The two rooms - living room/full kitchen (fully stocked) and bedroom -- provide ample space to spread out. The bathroom was shower only, but large. Everything was clean and well lit. The private patio is also large, and the shared courtyard in front is charming. Very quiet. I never heard my neighbors or traffic noise, although it's only a short block and a half to the main road. A nice grocercy store is in walking distance and a "rewards" card was thoughtfully provided so I could take advantage of the sale prices. Cable TV and internet were included, but there was so much else to do, I rarely used them. I would definitely recommend this lovely property.

  A little jewel in a great location - even in the snow you can get to the stores and plaza by foot. Property is clean with those extras for your comfortable stay - like a hair dryer and iron. Unit has everything you need and, with a small extra, you can bring your pets. Great experience!

  We had a great time in Taos and surrounding area. The Condo was really cute, nice complex, beautiful plants, fountain, hot tub, all so very nice. Want to do it again.

  Great value! Slept 4 comfortably and had everything you needed. Kept nice, tidy, and clean. Easy drive to Taos Ski Valley, restaurants, shops, etc.

  Mostly enjoyable, well equipped bath and kitchen, and would have been even more comfortable with a coffee table and a remote for the tv that worked better. A little slow in returning damage deposit. However, we slept great and it was quiet (even with the annual Harley Davidson Memorial Weekend riders). Would recommend it to friends.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners.

  Owner response: We are always happy to have feedback on our properties. We've addressed the remote control issue & will see if we can find a coffee table that can easily be moved to accommodate the pull-out. Our policy is that deposits will be returned within 30 days by our accountant & as always, we offer a 10% discount to returning guests & waive any future deposits.

Additional information about rental rates

To reserve the date a separate check for $150.00 must be received. This serves as a damage deposit as well as reserving the dates. I hold the check and mail it back after check out assuming no damages.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

There is a $50.00 cleaning fee for each stay. $35.00 pet fee
