You will love the views from this spacious, 4,700 square foot, four bedroom home on beautiful Seabrook Island. A large deck with private pool overlooks Captain Sam's Creek and a tidal marsh abundant with wildlife. Seabrook Island is know for it's natural beauty, uncrowded beaches, and gorgeous sunsets. The house is 1/4 mile from beach within walking or biking distance and 1 mile from club house and pool.
The master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and doors to the deck. A second bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed and separate bathroom. On the second floor are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two full beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with locking shower room. Along with these bedrooms are two comfortable cots allowing for up to ten people to stay.
A large fully stocked kitchen with breakfast area and a very large living room, both with great views, are the highlights of the first floor. Also on the first floor are a den with plasma screen TV and controls to a whole house audio system, a beautifully appointed dining room, and a powder room. A laundry room, gas grille and beach blanket are there to use.
The second floor has an open seating area and a small game room for kids with TV and foosball table. A covered porch off of the bedrooms allow for great views of the pool and marsh beyond.

For activities there is golf on two on-island courses and six more within ten minutes from the islands entrance. Also on-island are tennis, crabbing, equestrian center, swimming at the beach, and kid's camp. A short drive and you're in historic Charleston with great dining, museums, South Carolina aquarium, shopping, and galleries. Bohicket Marina is located just outside the gate offering powerboat rentals, fishing charters, kayaking rentals, and eco-tours.

Winter ....December 1st thru February 28th $1,850.00 per week
Spring ....March 1st thru May 31st $2,950.00 per week
Summer ....June 1st thru August 31st $3,650.00 per week
Fall ......Sept. 1st thru November 30th $2,550.00 per week
All rates include Tax, Amenity Cards, and Cleaning.
May thru September are full weeks. Saturday to Saturday.
Holiday weeks are all full weeks, Christmas, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July,
Labor Day and Thanksgiving weeks and are $350.00 more per week. Special Events
