The ultimate in luxury, newly remodeled this one-bedroom villa sits on lavishly landscaped grounds with an oceanfront location that offers the latest in architectural design and tastefully appointed furnishings. The dramatic views to the Atlantic Ocean are embellished with picturesque live oaks and palm trees from these villas that are set back aesthetically from the ocean. You will enjow the beautifully landscaped gardens with walkways, lagoons, and fountains. Breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean con be found throughout this fine complex. In the last two years Windsor I and ll have had a 6 million dollar upgrade to the building and grounds making it truely the premier oceanfront property in Hilton Head.

It is no wonder that visitors are drawn to the island's exceptional natural beauty, but equally impressive are the area's enormous variety of activities and recreational amenities, including golf courses with signature names of Trent Jones, Dye, Nicklaus, Player, Hills, and Fazio. For tennis buffs, Palmetto Dunes has been ranked as one of the top 50 tennis resorts in the country, with 28 tennis courts. Bicyclists and joggers enjoy an entire network of trails. Water sports include power and sail boats, canoeing and kayaking, fresh and salt walter fishing just to name a few.

For a real change of pace, sit back and relax on your oceanfront balcony or set sail on a sunset cruise around the island. Shopping and dining on Hilton Head are a sure bet with more than 300 shops and 200 restaurants. On-call shuttle service for free transportation within the resort and nearby sites. As a de-stressor, this island resort cannot be beat.

Villa Description - our Windsor Place condominium sleeps four privately, features ocean views from the master bedroom and living room as well as the private porch. The master has has a king-sized bed, two night stands, triple dresser, chest of drawers, a desk set with chair, and a 19-inch color television with cable. It also has access to the private porch with a table and four chairs and a chaise. The master bath has a jetted whirlpool tub, shower, vanity, toilet, and large walk-in closet.

The living area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, two leather recliners, coffee table, end tables, and a 27-inch color television with cable/DVD/CD/VHS player. It also has access to the private porch and plenty of cabinets for storage. There is also a coat closet for hanging items.

The dining area accommodates four. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave oven, sink with disposal, dishwasher, cooking utensils, and place setting for eight. There is a counter with three stools across from the sink area. The utility closet has a stack washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.

The second bath contains a large shower, vanity, and toilet. The owner's storage in the first level garage has three bicycles, beach toys, and rafts for children, two sun umbrellas, and plenty of beach chairs. The building also has elevator service from the ground-level garage.

The beautifully designed pool area has adult and children's pool, hot tub, dressing/bath rooms facilities, charcoal grills, large sunning areas around the pool deck on chairs or chaise, and lots of shade provided by the gazebo. The beach is just seconds away.

Palmetto Dunes and Hilton Head Island have almost every activity imaginable from recreation to shopping to exercise and restaurants.

  • We stayed in this villa for the third time in July 08'. First of all, I want you to know that me and my family will more than likely stay here each year from here till we retire from our jobs. We travelled with family who stayed in another Windsor Place Villa and hands down,they were jealous of our place. I have to admit we did compare. The owners of this villa really took time to make certain that things were very clean and up to date. We have already booked this villa for next year we enjoyed it soooo much. The views are wonderful and its beautifully decorated. Renting was so easy from the owners and there were never any hassles. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation this is definately it. This villa is the reason we return to Hilton Head each year because it is worry free. The pool is completely upgraded for the little ones, the owners have updated practically everything in the villa and this is the most relaxing vacation that my family of 4 takes every year. If you are considering other options let me sway you. This is in a private, security checked community. This villa over-lookes the ocean from the family room and the bedroom and has access to the balcony from both by sliding glass doors (which is rare) and it takes less than one minute to the beach, less than 30 seconds to the more than awesome 2 pools!!!! and I can't say enough about the location between the villa and restaurants. It is very centrally located. I have told several friends about this villa so good luck booking a week here. I can't say enough nice things about the owner(s) other than I am completely jealous. If you want to try other places, the island is a very beautiful place but if you are looking for luxury at a reasonable rate I promise you this is where you want to stay!!!!

  • We have made many trips to Hilton Head over the last 20 years and have stayed in a lot of different places. We love Palmetto Dunes especially the Leamington area where this villa is located. This was one of the best units we have ever rented. The oceanfront location is great. The views are spectacular. This unit has all the amenities you need and is very clean. The bikes and beach chairs that were provided were an added plus. The owners were great to work with. We will definitely be back.

  • This condo is awesome, it exceeded out expectations. Windsor II is in immaculate condition. The rental included bikes, beach chairs and other gear in the storage area.   • I am so glad that our friends referred us to this beatiful condo! We had such a fun trip! My husband loved the golf courses, I loved the shopping at the outlet malls, and we both loved checking our the beatiful yachts and strolling around beatiful Shelter Cove Marina. The beach-side access of the condo was just what we were looking for. This was a great vacation spot that we will hopefully be visiting again very soon.

  • I really enjoyed having my cup of coffee on the balcony while I watched the sun rise over the ocean. Hearing the sound of the ocean every morning was the most relaxing way to start the day! We even saw deer a few mornings! I was really able to de-stress on this vacation-Thank you!
