Papier ist geduldig

Renovierungsbedürftig aufgrund vieler Mängel, zu diesem Preis nicht okay Top Lage Leider ist das Objekt nicht im versprochenen Zustand. Insbesondere die Terrasse und die sogenannte Grillecke sowie die Qualität der Renovierungsarbeiten waren grenzwertig. Hier waren keine Fachleute am Werk sondern Hobbybastler. Der sehr schöne Garten wird durch die Qualität der Sitzgelegenheiten ( Tisch, Stühle,Bank, Strandkorb Oldtimer) entwertet. Der überdachte Bereich ist eine Schmuddelecke und die Terrasse übersät von Unkraut. Innen gab es auch noch diverse Dinge zu beanstanden. Zu diesem Preis nicht zu empfehlen

Erholung pur

Wir waren eine Woche als Familie vor Ort. Das Haus bietet wirklich alles was man benötigt. Eine prima Raumaufteilung, tolle Lage direkt am Deich und eine herrliche Ruhe. Frau F. welche sich um die Reservierung, Schlüsselübergabe etc. kümmert ist sehr nett und steht einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ein Daumen hoch und wir kommen gerne wieder nach Butjadingen!

Angenehm ruhig

Hallo, also wir fanden das Haus schön und genauso wie es beschrieben war. Einige Fenster sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen heir könnte man etwas verbessern. Das Bad im ersten Stock roch etwas nach Gulli obwohl wir immer wieder Wasser laufen liesen. Das WLAN könnte etwas mehr Leistung vertragen. Von der Verwalterin Frau Fierle wurden wir gut betreut . Wir würden wieder kommen.

Kurzurlaub Budjadingen

Das Haus liegt direkt am Deich an eine verkehrsberuigten Strasse. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Leider war der Wirlpool defekt. Dafür funktionierte die Sauna sehr gut. In Summe hat das Haus einen herrlichen Charme, leider aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Verwalter waren sehr hilfbereit und nett. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
