Great location, spacious and cozy warm atmosphere. Loved the Kiva fireplace. Lots of nice details and conveniences. We would definitely stay there again. The host was very accommodating and communicative. Very easy and positive experience.

This is the 3rd time for us to stay at with Deanne. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was always available if we had a question and they went out of their way to make sure we were pleased with our stay. I really can't say anything bad about the experience. We had an amazing time and will definitely be calling again when we return to Santa Fe!

We had a very comfortable stay over Christmas week in the 2BR condo. We were a party of three adult couples and found we had plenty of room. The well-equipped kitchen and large dining table was perfect for long seasonal feasts and the cozy sitting area with open fireplace was a great place to gather for conversation and games. The location is great - just a 15 minute walk downhill to the town square, with great views on the way down if you go through the park. The only (very minor) minus is that the electronics are a little dated - if you want to have a CD player, DVD player or iPod speakers you will need to bring your own (there is a DVD player in one of the bedrooms but it is not easy to hook it up to the tv in the sitting room). Also, the sofa bed in the living room might not be comfortable for all couples, but we had no real problems with it. We also tried out the little pool and spa on site. It's not very swanky but it's good for a soak. If you want something really special One Thousand Waves, a fabulous open air Japanese-style spa, is only five minutes away by car.

I liked the condo very much. We were impressed the moment we walked in the door. It was homey and comfortable, very Santa Fe like. Everything was very clean and in good working condition. The place looked exactly like the pictures on VRBO. The manager was very nice and provided lots of helpful tips. We also received a $25 gift certificate at a great restaurant downtown. The kitchen was nicely stocked with staples and spices, even lots of condiments etc in the fridge. Located close to stores and all the downtown attractions. I would recommend this condo to others.

We had a great time here- very nice comfortable place. We stayed 5 days and appreciated how close it was to everthing. We rarely drove more than a mile unless we were heading out of town on a day trip. Sofa couch mattress is not comfortable but then they never are, right? King bed was fabulous! Kitchen was well stocked.

We've had a wonderful girls weekend at your Santa Fe casita! We couldn't have asked for a nicer place. Everything was so comfortable...exactly what we were looking for in our home away from home......and its perfect location. We enjoyed walking in downtown, looking at the many galleries and checking out the sights. El Farol, has great tapas! We highly recommend going! Bandalier National Monument is absolutely beautiful; and we only found out it was nearby because of the brochure in the casita! If any of us ever come back to Santa Fe, we'll definately stay here! Thanks so much!

This property was a delight to stay in, from the planning on. Deanne is a wonderful person to work with, and she was so knowledgeable and accommodating! Upon arrival, it was clear that the photos represented the charm, comfort, and overall perfection of the place. Close to the square, yet far enough away to provide views, a short walk from the shopping center and a bus line, and all the amenities of home. This was my first field trip bringing a group of photography students, and I was a little worried about the logistics, but Deanne helped through the whole process. The actual condos are lovely inside, decorated in Santa Fe style with beautiful touches including artwork, lighting, etc. I would highly recommend the health food store in the mall nearby; great food and reasonable prices. It was just a terrific experience and I would go back there in a heartbeat, with friends, family, students...anyone! I recommend going to the Folk Art Museum, and some of the photo galleries in town are fabulous.

We spent two weeks in this condo and found it to be just what we wanted. We could easily walk to a grocery store, a movie theater or the post office. The internet was solid and fast, the place was beautifully decorated and very clean. The living room recliners were extra comfortable. We will be back next time we visit Santa Fe.

When you see photos online, you might always assume it'll be different when you get there, but this place was exactly what they showed (although deck furniture was different). Awesome atmosphere and the layout was great. Ran into the owner as we were arriving and she was very nice. We invited her in for a few minutes and she gave us loads of information about the area and the things going on. We didn't want or need for anything even though the owner offered. I think the location was perfect too. You're just seconds away from the main road, and only minutes from the Plaza. I loved the Plaza and went there everyday, but I'm glad we didn't stay right there. I really felt like I was "going home" each evening! We would definitely recommend this to another couple. I think it would be a little crowed for 2 couples though. My husband and I will never forget this vacation. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

A great find, just minutes from the Santa Fe Opera. We were all enchanted with the decor and were very comfortable for our three night visit. The price was very nice and located just a short drive from the Santa Fe Plaza. The managers were pleasant and helpful. We thought it was wonderful.

This was our first time in a short term condo rental and we didn't quite know what to expect. A friend recommended this company so we gave it a try and were relieved to find that our accomodations had all the comforts of home. It was peaceful and quiet, lots if trees right outside the front door and porch. The interior was very Santa Fe - like which we really enjoyed. The owner was very helpful and accomodating. She seemed anxious to make sure we were comfortable and had a good time during our stay. We were located just a few blocks from the square at the heart of downtown. There was plenty to see and do within walking distance of our home base. The location was also perfect for driving up into the mountains. We were located right on the road to the mountain top, it was beautiful and scenic up there, perfect for hiking and photography. This was our first trip to Santa Fe because we had never heard of it as a place to vacation before. After our visit however we decided that we will return and next time stay longer. I recommend the town and the rental company that put us in this condo, we can't wait to do it all over again.

The condo we stayed in was very clean and felt very safe. Ample parking for our rental and felt just like home when we got in after a long day of being tourists and having fun. It had all the amenities we could think of, and then some. I hope to come back in winter to light up the fireplace. Thank you for having us...we will definitely be coming back!
Owner response:Thanks for the nice comments Tisha....we look forward to you coming back to visit your "home away from home"!

My husband and I vacationed last week with another couple and found this great vacation value! Very spacious, lovely balcony that was perfect for morning coffee. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and were surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. Great location close to the square, shopping, grocery stores, clean, comfortable, relaxing. Will recommend to our friends and hope to return. Owners were very helpful and gracious. Thanks for everything.

Deanne, thanks again for everything. The condo worked out great for us and would recommend to any family with kids. Location was great, a short drive to the Plaza and close to all supermarkets and restaurants. The place was spacious and nicely decorated. The balcony was a nice feature and we enjoyed both mornings and evenings out on it. The kitchen was well stocked. This was a great deal for the budget conscious traveller and an altogether pleasant experience.

What a terrific time we had in Santa Fe - and the condo was perfect. Actually moving from the 1 story that we originally reserved to the 2-story was a blessing in disguise and I would rent the same condo again for our next visit. The three friends who joined me also had a great time and we were all in agreement about the condo. The owner, Deanne, couldn't have been nicer. The bottle of bubbly was such a kind gesture. She also provided much helpful information. The only thing I would recommend is perhaps information on how to recycle. Santa Fe is lovely, the condo was perfect, and we all plan to return! - Andrew

April, 2011--Beautiful Condo! Great location, spacious! Our family of 5 stayed in Casita Fiesta and LOVED IT!! Furnished in classic Santa Fe Style, great attention to detail, very helpful & attentive owners. We can't wait to go back and will definitely stay here again. Our favorite thing about the casita was the "Cactus Cantina" balcony! Photos on website reflect the condo accurately but in reality it is awesome!! Very festive.

Very nice place. We were a party of 5 and there was plenty of room. The Queen sofa bed was comfortable. Need shades in the kitchen and family room. Great to have internet access. We were very close to town and the rest of our wedding party guests. We would stay again. Thanks for all the great amenities.

Our family of 3 were extremely happy with the apartment. It was clean, spacious, well-equipped, within walking distance to shopping and town (if you like to walk!) and even flamenco concerts at the hotel next door. Unusual for many vacation rentals, there were even room-darkening shades provided, so we could sleep late. We used the treadmill, the cooking facilities, and even entertained friends who were also visiting Santa Fe. And they are hoping to stay in the apartment next time they're in town! It was a pleasure, and we're lucky to have found you. Thanks again.

What a great place. It’s very conveniently located with easy access to the plaza and opera, while also being very quiet and secluded. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the pictures on the web site don’t do justice to the spacious and beautiful living area. A great deal for Santa Fe!
