Location: Newbury, Lake Sunapee, Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee, New Hampshire, USA (45 min. from Concord & Manches NH; 1.5 hr from Logan Airport)

We are located on a quiet, natural sand beach with a very gradual drop off that is good for small children. The cottage has both a front and back porch. There is one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. The woodstove keeps the place toasty warm when needed. It is an excellent place to relax and enjoy nature and the lake. The parking is at the back of the cottage with room for three cars. We do share a common driveway entrance with our neighbors.
