  The location and amenities make this condo ideal for families with young children. The condo was well-maintained and the owner was responsive to all my pre-trip questions. Try Funland and Dos Locos! We plan to return again and again!

  If you are looking for a cozy, well-appointed place for a family of six, look no more. Our three generation family enjoyed the winter holidays for a few days here, watching the big TV, lounging on the comfortable sofas, venturing out - not very far - for delicious dining and take-out around the big dining table. Our nest in the sky proved very comfortable, clean and wonderfully decorated indeed. Enjoy!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We wanted a place within minutes of Rehoboth Ave. for the Rehoboth 1/2 marathon...this was the perfect location. The condo is well maintained - very clean. Perfect for 2 couples and children. The owner is very helpful and available both during the booking process and the rental time. We highly recommend this rental.

  Our family decided to have a Rehoboth beach reunion and lucky for us our son found this condo on HomeAway. Making arrangements was very quick and easy through e-mail. Delivery of a contract and keys through regular mail worked well also. The condo was ready when we arrived at the 3:00 check in time. There are 2 covered parking spots near the elevator which made moving in very easy. Our family has 5 adults and 1 toddler and we had plenty of space. The condo feels new and is well decorated - it was very clean. Everything worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed. My wife really appreciated the extra large washer. The stairs and grounds are very well maintained. It was very quiet - there was never any noise outside that disturbed us. The owner called us after the first night to make sure everything was OK. It is located one block over from Rehoboth Ave. and 1 1/2 long blocks from the boardwalk. We used a beach cart to carry towels, toys, etc. to the beach. One of our smartest moves was to rent an umbrella and 5 chairs from the beach concession. We didn't have to carry it and it was set up for us each morning. There are several nice restaurants in the first floor of the building and a small grocery store on the corner. Nicola's and Grotto's, 2 of our old time favorites, are close. Finn's, on Rehoboth Ave., has great crab cakes. We enjoyed our stay so much I was ready to book a stay for next year before the week ended but not everyone could agree on a week. We will book another stay as soon as we can get everyone together and we hope to do this every year. We just had a wonderful time. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

  Jackie was very responsive and helpful in setting up our stay, and the place was really lovely. Lots of space, a very well-equipped kitchen, and lots of natural light. We were a short walk to the boardwalk and we had the best meal of our trip at the restaurant right downstairs. We definitely recommend this condo for your trip to the beach!

  We just returned from a great week at this immaculate condo in Rehoboth Beach. The location was perfect and in walking distance to everything. We didn't get in the car all week. The 2-level condo was very comfortable and spacious and the kids had plenty of room to roam. We loved the restaurants downstairs as well. The owners were very pleasant and easy to work with. As this was our 7th time to REhoboth for a week in the Summer and have stayed at many houses & hotels, I found this to be the most spacious and cleanest of them all. I would highly recommend for your next stay in Rehoboth Beach! You will not be disappointed.

  Our stay on Wilmington Avenue at this condo was wonderful. The home was spotless and had all the needs and luxuries of a wonderful home. We were extremely happy with the owners and their quick responses to all our inquiries. We were especially impressed that they contacted us after we arrived to see if we needed anything. The location was perfect, one block from main street and all the night happenings. Wilmington Ave had so many restaurants to pick from we didn't need to look any further. The 2 block walk to the beach was perfect and we didn't need to walk back to the condo all day since there was a public restroom right at the end of Wilmington. Perfect and quite. No better place on earth than Rehoboth!! I would recommend working with these owners as they could not have been more cooperative and accommodating. We will be back. Thank you Jackie and Ed!!

  This condo is awesome! It had plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 children. We never felt cramped. It's a very easy walk to the beach. After seeing what we took there every day, we were glad we were less than 2 blocks away! We would recommend this condo to everyone!

The upstairs kitchen and family/dining rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms on the lower level were quiet and comfy. Our group consisted of 4 adults and a 17-month old baby, and we had plenty of room to be together and also to be apart. Even though the condo building is located in the heart of Rehoboth happenings--beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants--it is still a very quiet and private condo. Basically, once you stepped inside you were unaware of other units. The owners were very responsive to our questions and wanted to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. I would very much look forward to returning! Our thanks for your attention to detail :)
