This year for our girls weekend we decided to rent a condo. This condo was the perfect choice! It was beautiful and had plenty of space for all of us. It's location is great, within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed here every fall for a number of years. The condo is beautifully decorated and always immaculate. The owners are very considerate and easy to deal with. I would recommend this place highly.

Very comfortable - and clean - living at the beach for my family of five. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and LOVED the family-sized washer and dryer. Five minute walk to the beach/Funland. Surrounded by fantastic restaurants. Owners are wonderful to work with!

Condo was exactly as advertised and everything that we wanted: enough room for two opposite sex teens and their parents to coexist lovingly. Very clean. Good areas for game playing. Two nice tvs. Master bedroom is extremely comfortable. Directly above and across from some of the best restaurants in Rehoboth: Henlopen Oyster House, Salt Air, Confuscius. Short walk to the beach. Quiet. Owner called after we arrived to see if everything was in order and asked us to call if anything went awry. Keys arrived at our house two days in advance just as promised. Our deposit is already in the mail after we just returned two days ago. Cuisinart coffee maker a big plus as well!

Convenient and comfortable this light, airy and meticulous condo can't be beat. Steps to everything you love in Rehoboth so forget about the car just leave it in the covered space. The condo is as stated in the listing. You'll love the comfort and if you cook in you'll find everything you need for that gourmet meal. We absolutely loved the screened in porch and decks and having the bedrooms on the lower level is another great feature. The owner was super, even called after we arrived to ask if everything was okay. It sure was and super clean. We couldn't have asked for more, highly recommended. A++++++++++

Our family had a delightful time at this condo. It had all the conveniences of home and most of all was very clean! We loved the two levels and the bedrooms were a nice size (not too cramped). It is near all the restaurants and we especially loved the Oyster Bar and Salt Air on the street level. Delicious! Ed and Jackie were so nice to work with. It was a perfect place to stay with 6 in our family. Highly recommend this property. We didn't move our vehicle all week since we could walk everywhere. Some favorite attractions nearby that we enjoyed were Funland, Thrashers Fries, Grotto Pizza and many shops.

During our week at the beach, my family found this condo to be a perfect home away from home! The location is ideal: 2 blocks from the beach and only 1 block from all the action on the main Rehoboth Avenue drag. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, except for our one mid-week jaunt to explore the nearby Tanger Outlets and stock up on groceries at Giant (both only a few minutes away by car). The entrance to this two-floor condo is on the top floor of a four-story complex. The main living level is on the top floor and the bedrooms are downstairs. There is an elevator and outdoor (covered) stairs. The condo itself was neat and clean and had all the amenities advertised. The current pictures don't show this, but there is a nice big TV (with a DVD player) in the family room, and a newer TV than pictured in the master bedroom. The ground level of the building has nice restaurants and retail in the front and covered parking (for the condos only) in the back. The covered parking area was very nice for keeping the car cool and protected. The two spaces designated for this condo are in their own small bay, separated from other cars. The owners were very helpful in answering all of our questions. The keys were sent to us via Fed-Ex before we left home, including a stamped envelope to easily return them after our stay. Once we returned the keys, our security deposit was promptly returned. If we take another family vacation in Rehoboth, I would certainly book this condo again!

We have stayed at this property for the 2nd year in a row and it is wonderful! The property is well maintained and very clean. The location is perfect- within walking distance to many shops and the beach. Also, having 2 covered parking spots on site avoids the need to feed the parking meters all the time. Dealing with the owners is a very pleasant experience and they most definitely make it easy on you by mailing you the keys and included a self addresed return envelope for the return of the keys. You won't regret renting this condo!

This is an amazing rental for the price. Very well kept, modern and nicely appointed. We used the screened in porch every morning for coffee and every evening for drinks. It's the perfect place to start and end the day. The floor plan offered a great deal of privacy with all the bedrooms on the lower level. In addition, the bedrooms were split, with the master suite at the rear of the unit and two additional bedrooms and a second full bath at the front of the unit. There is also an oversized, newer washer and dryer on the lower level. The kitchen, dining room and living room were very spacious and more than adequate for four adults and a toddler. We all took advantage of the WiFi. There is also a pool on the property that we visited several times. The location of this condo couldn't be better: 1 block from Rehoboth Avenue, 2 blocks from the boardwalk, 3 blocks from Funland, 4 blocks from Dogfish Head, and steps from countless restaurants. We only used the car to go outlet shopping and get to the Cape May Lewes Ferry. Which reminds me, I must mention how priceless the two included parking spots are. We hope to stay here again in the future and certainly recommend it to anyone...you won't be disappointed!

We opted to have a girlfriends getaway in a condo versus renting individual hotel rooms this year. The condo was exactly as advertised. An easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, downtown, and local restaurants. The condo was tastefully decorated, great porches and parking, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable furnishings. We plan to be back next year. Ed and Jackie, property owners are readily available to answer any questions before you decide to rent. Received a phone call the first day we arrived to insure everything was in order from the Property Manager.....A pleasant experience all around. Josephine and the over 55 group!!!

Our family books a rental for a Girls Weekend at the beach every year. We usually choose a different location every year but WE LOVE the Penthouse Condo at Rehoboth so much it's worth repeat reservations. Excellent location, off street secure parking, elevator, pool (in season) large spaces, two floors allows opportunity for "alone time", entire unit is clean, well stocked kitchen, laundry facilities and everything works! Owners property pride is evident, it's not "just a rental". Renting this property an excellent value.

My husband and I, along with another couple, enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at the condo in early October. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We loved the screened-in porch off the livingroom and the spaciousness of the condo in general. A short walk to the boardwalk and beach, a short drive to the beautiful state park, and lots of great restaurants and shops in between, This is a great location, quiet street and neighbors. We will definitely come back as soon as we can!

Had the opportunity to stay at this condo a few weeks ago...what a wonderful time! It is a great location...only a short walk from the water! And covered assigned parking, as well as steps away from shopping in downtown Rehoboth. We were able to walk to dinner, and then walk off our feast. The condo itself was very clean, and nicely kept, with every modern appliance one could ask for! Thank you for such a great vacation!

My family and I enjoyed your condo very much. It was the perfect location between the beach, the restaurants and all the quaint little shops. We had exceptionally beautiful weather and our whole family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The condo was a nice size...we had 6 adults and 1 baby and we never felt cramped or overcrowded. This is the second year that we stayed at this property. My husband and I, our two children, their spouses and our three year old grandson love this getaway. The condo has plenty of room and never felt crowded. The property is well decorated and convenient in every way. It is a short walk to the beach and Rehoboth Ave. but is quiet and has a very nice balcony off the living room and although it is not ocean view it has a very pleasant view. We love visiting Rehoboth. We like riding our bikes to Lewes on the six mile off road bicycle trail, Cape Henlopen and around the lovely homes of Henlopen acres. We enjoyed the ferry ride from Lewes to Cape May and spending the day walking around the old Victorians of Cape May. There is a Farmer's Market on Tuesdays that is fun to explore. We also enjoyed the James Farm Preserve in Bethany. It's a great place to take a lunch and explore the wildlife in the bay. We liked kayaking in the bay also.

On our recent ladies' weekend to Rehoboth, we were delighted to find the condo very spacious, clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. With the bedrooms downstairs, it has a feeling like a house. The balcony looks over big green backyards, very quiet and lovely. We took advantage of our close proximity to the beach and to town, never having to use our car the entire time. Enjoy!

The condo is as lovely as advertized. Not only was it more spacious than I had imagined but it was immaculate and well equipped. The location is perfect-a close walk to the beach,shops and great dinning- infact there are two restaurants downstairs. The residential areas of Rehobeth are beautiful and made walking very pleasant. My family stayed at this condo for a week during the July 4th holiday. The condo was everything we expected it to be and more. Very quiet at night. We loved the location, was able to walk to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and bars. (Had a fabulous dinner at the Cultered Pearl). The layout of the rooms were great, really enjoyed having the living quarters on the floor you enter on and the bedrooms downstairs. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for the few times we cooked breakfast and dinner. The fireworks on July 4th were amazing, we sat on the boardwalk and had a perfect view overhead. The owners Jackie and Ed were great, even calling us the day we arrived to make sure that everything was fine. We will definitely stay at this condo again.

The condo location and layout was just perfect. Very clean and comfortable. With bedrooms downstairs and the living area upstairs it was easy for my parents, daughter, and I to stay comfortably. Even with cold and damp weather it was a wonderful stay. The condo was stocked with everything you could ever need (even a baby gate!). The balconies would have been incredible had the weather been better. I cannot wait until we can visit again.

This condo has everything you need for the perfect Rehoboth Beach experience. It is well appointed, spacious, and, best of all, the beach, great restaurants and barsand shopping is right outside your door. My friends and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Condo was perfrect for 6 adults with great layout, amenities. Location was fantastic, close to great restaurants, beach, shopping. Quiet for sleep/relaxation, but very active area. Definitely do the Ice Cream Parlor down the street for sweet treat, Fischer's popcorn, Porcini restaurant at the opposite end of the street from ice cream. The condo was clean, easily accessible, safe, and perfect size for six adults. Thanks to the owners who were very easy to work with! Would definitely recommend to others.

Earlier this month we stayed for a week in this Rehoboth condo. The whole experience was wonderful. The owners are responsive and pleasant to deal with. The condo itself is nicely decorated and very well-appointed. I made several meals in the condo and everything was there that I needed. The condo is close to everything: the beach, boardwalk and restaurants, but is found on a quiet street. We have two small children and we had plenty of room to spread out. Without reservation, I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely and perfectly equipped two-level condo. It is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants Rehoboth has to offer, as well as the beach! The owners are thoughtful and very easy to work with. The condo was extremely clean and well-kept. The two level floorplan with bedrooms on the lower floor was a great bonus as it allowed adults time to relax upstairs while the children were sleeping!I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, comfortable condo. It is very conveniently located to the beach, Rehoboth Avenue, many good restaurants (we especially enjoyed Mariachi's down the street), and our kids' favorite place -- Funland. We loved having our own parking spot and being able to walk almost everywhere!
