Welcome to our 1500 sq ft luxurious condo with elevator. We are located at the newly developed gated community of Cedar Heights, just three miles south of Camdenton. This spacious condo sits on the quiet end of the Big Niangua Arm (mile marker 13) of the lake. Old Kinderhook and Lake Valley Country Clubs are within one mile and several other beautiful golf courses within a short 15 minute drive.
The condo is beautifully decorated for your enjoyment. For your pleasure, our unit overlooks the community’s pool. The Master suite with king size bed, private deck, TV with remote, large closet and private bath is the utmost in luxury for your getaway. The second bedroom is exquisite as well, with a queen-size bed and adjoining bath with tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is designed with kids in mind, but not detracting from the adult haven. This room is equipped with a TV/DVD player that will keep them happy after a long day in the sun while not bothering mom or dad. The bunk bed has a full bed on the bottom with a twin on top along with a futon that accommodates an additional two kids or one adult comfortably. Additionally all the bedrooms have cable equipped TV’s. The unit is furnished with linens and towels for the two full baths. The only towels you will need are for the pool or other water activities.
The full kitchen has an open breakfast bar, refrigerator w/ice maker, washer/dryer and all cooking utensils. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with seating for six at the table. The living room is spacious with a 32 inch DVD/TV for your enjoyment. The covered deck which does not tkae the hot afternoon sun and overlooks the pool has a ceiling fan to cool you off while you are relaxing or grilling on the gas grill.
The complex has a full size swimming pool for your pleasure. Included is a complimentary covered boat slip. Boat and Jet Ski rentals are available nearby. Dozens of lakefront restaurants and night clubs are accessible by water. Visit Bridal Cave, Ha Ha Tonka State Park and Castle as well as the numerous shops and amusement parks located within a short drive to Osage Beach and Bagnell Dam.
Pets are not allowed and NO SMOKING.

We stayed at this property over the week of Fourth of July this summer. We were very pleased with the condo, the decor, the location, and all the amenities this property offered. The balcony overlooks the pool area, which then overlooks the boat dock/slips and lake area. Very peaceful in the evenings, and a great place for nightly family dinners. The condo is very well decorated, and all bedding was very comfortable for a good nights sleep after a long day on the water. The kitchen was large enough to cook full family meals, nicely appointed with utensils and pots and pans, and the bar/insland eating area was perfect for breakfast and lunches! In addition, all the folks we met at this property were extremely helpful and accomodating. We will certainly be back again!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Loved your home away from home! Tastefully decorated and very comfortable to come home to after a long day on the lake! Love the location being close to all activities. Can not wait to stay for our 3RD time this summer!
