Rick is the Director of Business at Frost Sullivan. Mary is the owner of a Montessori Preschool in Southgate, MI. We both work hard and love to spend every minute we can at our condo at Gulf Place.

We've spent many years traveling the world together and we think the Beaches of South Walton are some of the best in the world. We chose Gulf Place because it feels like a small resort and has all the amenities you need for a stress free vacation. We love the southern hospitality in the area with some of the best restaurants and shopping around.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condo is one of 44 in a small beautifully maintained building surrounded by lush landscaping. It is a quiet residential area with no high rises in sight. The beach access is 100 steps from our patio. We love the choice of restaurants, boutique shopping and specialty shops at Gulf Place. The artists village and lots of green space is great for families.
