Location, Location, Location! This property is close to main street and close to groercies. We had an excellent stay after working out a couple of glitches. The space is big and open, lot of space for the kids to run around. The furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked on all the necessaries.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Wonderful location with views of Three Sisters and Ha-Ling peaks, yet convenient to Starbucks for morning coffee and grocery stores for last minute trips to pick up cooking ingredients. Walking trail along a stream just a block away was a great way to make your way downtown. Very easy to get back to hiking trails nearby as well on the interstate towards ski resorts, Banff, etc. Electric fireplace and flat screen TV were very nice; large living area was great for relaxing and visiting with friends. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and wonderful for cooking group meals. Owner was very prompt via email and phone answering questions and was very easy to work with. Only complaint was the lack of some essentials such as dish soap, extra toilet paper, etc.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Where to begin? Waking each morning to mountain views from every window; perfect weather; brilliant sunsets and risingmoons above the mountains; hiked Moraine and Emerald lakes; Lake Louise, Takakkaw Falls and in Johnson Canyon; walked on the glacier at Columbia Icefield; took the boast cruise on on Lake Minewanka. Unbelievable scenery--everywhere!! Our favorite restaurants were: Chez Francois in Canmore for breakfast; Earl's in Banff for lunch; and Murietta's in Canmore for dinner. Many thanks for sharing you condo with us. LOCATION WAS EVERYTHING!!!

We did quie a bit of research before our Canmore trip, trying to select the best digs for our exploration fo the Banff area. We made the right choice. The Canmore condo was top notch in all facets. The location was convenient to downtown (easy walking distance), to the store (next door), and centraly located to our places of interest, K Country, Banff, Lake Louise, and Ice Fields. The condo was spotless, well appointed, and cozy. Views and scenery are ... I don't have the words!!! The photos don't do it justice. Grill a steak on the barbie, grab a beer, and soak it in from the patio. The owners were extremely helpful and seemed genuinely intersted in making sure we enjoyed our stay. Someday we'll get back to Canmore, and we won't stay anywhere else.

The BEST family winter vacation EVER! This condo is gorgeous! TOP OF THE LINE! SO comfortable! Canmore is a fantastic town & the location is ideal for every activity. All shopping is extremely convenient. The views from every window are amazing! Thanks so much for a truly fabulous lifetime experience! Our 2 teenage daughters were in snow board heaven and we were in nordic ski heaven!! The roof top hot tub was the icing on the cake! We WILL be back!! :-)

We were taken aback firstly by the mountains rearing up in front of us--window views that are incomparable. Your flat is painstakingly fitted out for deep seated comfort, considerate touches and terrific decor, travel brochures, superb locality maps and even three beautiful flower vases. You provided us with a comfortable, gracious home after long trecking and travelling. My brother and sister-in-law were also appreciative for staying briefly in the guest bedroom. We are seriously considering to continue this trip(they stayed a few extra days) so we can do all the walking trails. You really have a place in paradise. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our visit to the area. Your condo was great. We even spotted goats and sheep from your balcony(on the mountains by using our 30X scope). We're going to miss the mountains, lakes, waterfalls and cooler weather. We took over 1000 pictures, but they can't match the reality. It was a great 8 days but was to short to see and do all we wanted. We are taking many good memories home with us.

My wife and I truly appreciate the opportunity to visit your home and to enjoy your hospitality. Your condo is really nice and very comfortable. Ann thinks the decor is exceptionally well done. Having spent some time in Texas you can imagine what the view from your living room would do to our senses. We have traveled to many places. To Europe, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, Alaska, and to the US Rockies numerous times. To chose between the best of those places and the Canadian Rockies would, indeed, be difficult. This area is absolutely beautiful. I once said that the only hiking I would do is from the cart path to the golf ball. I have had to eat those words here. I have blisters from hiking. Obviously, we were unprepared. However, the pain was worth the results. Again, thank you so very much.

Thank you for a wonderful "home away from home." Everthing is perfect! The sights are spectular. We traveled through Banff, Jasper and Yoho National Parks and took so many pictures. Going on the glacier on the Icefields Parkway and the gondola at Lake Louise were terrific activities and we really enjoyed eating at the Grizzly Paw in town. Just as you promised, our stay was wonderful. I had fun cooking in your lovely kitchen(nice than ours at home!) and BBQing on the deck gazing at the mountains. You must change the photos on your website. The present ones do not do justice to your apartment and the spectular views from it. We were delighted with both and had a wonderful stay. We were very impressed with your condo. It had everything we needed and more. You really have thought of everything! We had fun star gazing from the hot tub. This condo was much more than we expected. Thanks fo much for such a well stocked kitchen. We spent many nights playing poker. Lake Louise and Sunshine(ski areas) are great. Mt Norquay is close and not crowded but no so challenging. If you have time Johnson Canyon is beautiful! Curling is a blast too. If you are in for a real challenge take the shuttle bus to Kicking Horse(ski area)! Thanks again.

We thought the Boardwalk was great---this place is fantastic! Really nice to come back to somewhere comfortable and well equipped--and so close to mainstreet too. Have had a wonderful time here in Canmore-so friendly, and then of course there's the mountains--stunning.
