This is it! You will love our Sand Castle which is located just off the Boardwalk, sixty steps to the sand! Four doors from the shore near the corner of Ocean Front Walk and Dover Court. Bright and sunny cottage style unit with remodeled kitchen, bamboo flooring, a washer/dryer in unit and a second bath added!
Our Sandcastle is located at 726 Dover Court in South Mission just south of the Roller Coaster. Ground level, Single-level, and also has a great outdoor deck patio which is about 15 x 20 feet in size! An outdoor room you will not find easily elsewhere for this value!!! Enjoy grilling and dining while just steps away from the deep blue sea, the boardwalk, sandy beach, and surf! Close to the action, yet quiet and a few doors away for a more peaceful stay.

Why the Owner Chose Mission Beach
We prefer to get away from the busy boardwalk and be just a few doors in from the crowd for a more relaxed beach visit. We like the prices off the boardwalk as they are always a better value and we are not afraid to walk 200 feet to the beach.

Single level and the PATIO!!! We love how clean and easy this beach house is. OUR NEW KITCHEN AND BATH AND LAUNDRY MAKE IT SOOOOO NICE! It also has the best, wide parking spot ever FOR OUR SUV!

Very close to the beach, nice kitchen and master bath and master have been redone But the big bummer was the patio looked nothing like the picture!! It was rundown rusted furniture, the grill was so dirty it was unusable, and the patio door had masking tape on it because of a tear. The windows were very dirty like another review said Also the washer in the unit didn't work like expected just the dryer. They had another washer by the garage to use that was just a pain!! Would have been nice to know before we rented the place!!

We had a great time during our stay! We arrived to find a clean and well-appointed condo that is in a perfect location. A few yards off the back patio and you are literally standing on the beach. The kitchen and master bath are recently updated and are very nice. The electronics and rest of the decor are a bit outdated, but for the price you can't beat it! The owner and her assistant were so accommodating and returned emails immediately. The house is perfect for young families. You can walk in the front door from the beach and there is a door that leads straight to the laundry and bathroom to clean off all the sand! There were extra beach towels and beach toys available. The only odd thing we encountered was there were no light bulbs in any of the lamps and no batteries in any of the remote controls, but wasn't worth complaining to the owner about because we spent most of our time outside! Ignore previous negative reviews. This place is great and clean!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

Stayed here in May for 3 days. Very nice updated kitchen and most furniture is fairly new, BUT, overall condition of house is very dirty! The window sills and screens so dirty I was uncomfortable leaving the windows open to circulate the air. We had to wash the dishes and silver ware before using. Could not use the patio or BBQ do to all of it being so dirty and rusty. The garage side door fell off the hinges while we were parked in the drive way and it almost hit our car. This could be a great place as the location is wonderful and the beach is just steps away, but until it is cleaned and made presentable, I cannot recommend staying there. Also,I did call 3 times to 3 different phone numbers the day before arriving at the rental, as I misplaced the code to enter the place and I DID NOT get a call back! ( the other couple we were staying with had the code !!!)
Owner response:The place is very clean, but we did have to speak to the maids about the window sills and give them a warning that if they wanted to keep our account they better do a better job of checking the details. We also remodeled since this person stayed with us and it is greatly improved now. New east bedroom now has new paint and bamboo wall with new carpet too.

Great location to the beach however house was VERY dirty. Good thing weather was nice so didn't have to stay indoors. Would not return!!!
Owner response:This is not true. This disgruntled person was just mad because we did not bring her lightbulbs because we were out of town. Our maids have been with us for seven years and they are very hard working women who aim to please. We always take to heart any comments and do our best to improve our property every year. We have hired an extra crew to check everything and future guests can rely on finding a well kept unit. You can tell by our calendar we have lots of returning guests who fill it up every year and they love staying in our clean and fun beach house!

Better than our trip to Hawaii! Played like a kid in the surf and loved this place just steps from the sand and sunsets. We lived on that giant patio and loved how clean and updated the place was, especially the open layout and TWO baths! We will come here again!
