  I rented four units in Village by the Sea for a " Family Vacation" . Let me say that unit 310 was "outstanding". The ambiance was incredible. We wanted for nothing, all the ammenities were there, including a large variety of spices, which is unusual. Everyone mentions the bed, again, fabulous. I think that more pictures could be posted showing the double sinks in the bathroom. Another plus. The Lanai furniture again outshone all the outdoor furniture in the complex. So relaxing sitting enjoying ones coffee or tea in the morning. I would rate this suite A++++. Mahalo

  I have photos of some pretty flower pictures I took and some of the coral and stuff washed up after the storm, the Kona Winds I think they called it. The beach was covered with beautiful coral and smooth glass and kelp of all kinds. There were several people gathering a particular type - pretty cool! The Cattle Egret on the beach was also very friendly! Thanks again! I will let you know if we are coming back next year! We might go to another island, although I think we will find that we like Kihei the best. Fondly,

  We had a wonderful time at your condo in Kihei. It was furnished beautifully in the island style. It's so well equipped with everything we could need. The balcony was one of our favorite hangouts as we started our days with Kona coffee and breakfast enjoying the breathtaking views (which included humpback whales at times) and at night we would enjoy cocktails and the sparkling lights across the water. Thank you for being such gracious hosts and sharing your little piece of paradise with us. Aloha,

  We stayed in the condo for 8 days in August 2010, and it was the best experience! I don't think I'll ever stay in a hotel again after staying in this condo! Loved, loved, loved it!! The owner was such a pleasure to deal with, and the condo was just beautiful! It was nicely decorated, and you get the best ocean view from your lanai! Very clean, has everything you need in it (even coffee and spices!) A+ + + + + + + + Highly recommended!

  My husband and I just stayed here the 1st week of Nov, 2011 and absolutely loved it! The view is wonderful. The furnishings were high end and comfortable. It was a quiet location with a wonderful cross breeze. We will definately stay here again while we are searching for property of our own. On that same note, after viewing many rental properties that are available, this condo is better than most we saw. Thank you Cynthia for sharing your little treasure with the rest of us!

  This condo was absolutely awesome! The bed was amazing. I slept better in that bed than I do at home. Very roomy, not cramped. The bathroom might be a little challenging for elderly but it's workable. Excellent hardwood floors. A great view of the bay and West Maui Mountain. The feel of the condo is very "New Hawaii." No brick walls to stare at. The condo was very clean and the owners provided certain essentials, like spices for your food, dishwasher detergent, cooking spray, olive oil, baggies & storage containers, clean sheets & bath towels, beach umbrellas/towels/matts/flotation devices/a cooler & ice packs for the cooler. The balcony is very well kept with plenty of comfortable seating and a table with chairs. They also provide a book with gobs of information about the island, like where to eat and what to see. On top of all this the owners (at least the one I talked to) was a very nice person. She even helped me find a restaurant (by phone) when I was lost. Like I said, this condo is amazing! I would definitely stay here again. You wont find a better comparable deal than this. If you're thinking of staying somewhere else that costs a little more, think again. This place is the best!
