I was blown away when arriving at this apartment. It, by far exceeded all expectations, especially regarding value for money as this place really has it all and more. I stayed at FENG for over a month here in Paris. I couldn't believe my luck finding this very rare place as there are so many choices in Paris and from my experience, one can't always trust what people advertise on their websites. I certainly didn't have that problem here. The design is incredible and the utilisation of space - amazing. It has everything that you could possibly want and more - the best of appliances including the 'Ferrari' of Jacuzzis. I'm not kidding - the same designers of Ferrari designed this very jacuzzi! It was bliss to come home after a long day, have a glass of wine and soak up the ambiance in pure luxury. It really was perfect for my purposes here in Paris. It is in a great location with great restaurants nearby, supermarkets when I wanted to cook (the oven, by the way, is the best I've ever used), a shop, just over the road open until the wee hours, plus, close to three metro stations. It was immaculately clean, quiet and everything functioned perfectly. I have rented several apartments since being here and found this to be the very best in value for money. Best of all - the service. These guys went above and beyond what was expected. They genuinely wanted me to have a perfect stay and any enquiry I had was dealt with warmly, quickly and efficiently. It can be unnerving finding a place unseen in Paris and Bieke had an ability to put any concerns to rest. In fact, I am happy to call her now a friend! I am a senior executive in the media industry and have stayed at many hotels and apartments in my travels. The FENG, I can attest to, is the creme de la creme of experiences, not just in Paris but in the world. I don't usually write reviews but wanted to take the time to write this to pass on my good fortune. I would be happy to recommend this to anyone and look forward to staying here again when I'm next in Paris. Thanks so much Bieke and Peter - you were truly fabulous and I will certainly stay in touch. All my best, Helen

This is really a place to come back to. We loved the design of the apartment very much. The wall is like one big sun shining towards the golden sealing. The Stark bath is a mini beach where we relaxed under the led lights. With the iPod full of relaxing music playing in the room, this is really close to heaven, especially after a long walk in the city. It is compact but cleverly organized and all luxury is present. For example a strong coffee from the expresso machine to accompany the fresh bread and croissants from across the street. The second thing we appreciate most about this apartment is the location. Only 2 minutes from the metro that brings you to all parts of the city. It is located in a quiet neighborhood full of nice little restaurants. We appreciated the warm welcome of Mme Esteves and the restaurant tips of Peter very much. Thank you for the great time and we will come back soon.

I must confess: I am a fan, my family is a fan club. I have dedicated already a lot of my spare time to the apartments in Paris available for renting from this same owner. We had stays in every apartment and have enjoyed the different accents/flavors each of them is offering. I suggest you to listen to Vivaldi’s big four: autumn and Feng Shui. This is the smallest apartment, but yet this one is also fully equipped and has the largest (Armani!) bed. This one we visit just the two of us. This is the ‘me, myself and I together with my wife’ apartment. It’s like having a private spa, full attention is given to our well-being. You feel young full of energy, batteries are re-loaded. We had our nicest breakfasts and cooking experiences on the marvelous cooking isle

We really enjoyed our stay in the Feng Shui Studio-Loft. It’s amazing how such a small place can be so practical arranged. The apartment always looks stylish and clean because the kitchen, the IPod Dock and the huge DVD and CD collection are hidden in the closet. The apartment is situated in a nice neighborhood nearby Montmartre & Sacré Coeur and thanks to the underground and the ‘velib’ bikes you can easily visit any attraction you want. After a long day in the city, it was a pleasure to enter the beautiful loft, with the mosaic wall and the golden ceiling radiating calmness and energy at the same time. Thanks to the luxurious Jacuzzi, we were able to relax before we went to sleep. We really recommend the Feng Shui Studio-Loft; it’s a perfect stay for a splendid weekend in Paris.

The Feng-Shui Studio-loft is incredible. When we first came in we couldn't believe our eyes.Such a jacuzzi, tv, bed,... It was stunning, It's a place where you got everything to relax after a long daytrip. Even the location in Paris is very nice. Not far from it you've got the subways to get in the middle of Paris and if you don't want to travel you can go to Montmarte, which is just 10 minutes walk. In short we had a wonderful time and we recommend the loft to anyone who wants to have an awesome time in one of the prettiest city's of the world. Thanx a lot.

This was my husband's first visit to Paris & I wanted to find somewhere extra special to stay; this apartment certainly fitted the bill. He has already expressed how much he wants to return to Paris & we will definitely stay in Feng Shui again. The apartment is very cleverly designed & doors close to hide the kitchen units, storage space & shelves making the very best use of the space. The espresso maker was fabulous & we used to visit the fantastic boulangerie on the corner every morning before our daily jaunts. The kitchen was well equipped but unfortunately we probably only made good use of the bottle opener as we tended to eat out. We had several excellent meals locally, Rue de Martyrs & Abessesses were really vibrant every night of the week. The jacuzzi was amazing, only had 2 as the weather was so hot when we visited, but the light settings were lovely & it was very romantic! The ipod dock was a great touch, we both had our ipods & the Bang & Olufsen sound system was excellent. The flat looked out onto a small courtyard & was really quiet, my favourite times spent in the flat were sitting on the fabulous beanchair with the sun streaming in the window, reading the paper, listening to some beautiful music, drinking coffee & chewing on a pain au chocolat, bliss. The design was quite wonderful, loved the mosaic wall, the jacuzzi & the quite beautiful gold ceiling, I want one!! For a romantic break this was perfect, will definitely stay here again, hopefully soon!

As soon as we entered this dark, cold, dirty and musty smelling apartment I felt sick. The photographs misrepresent as well as the listed amenities. They either didn't exist or were broken. The sink in the bath room area, had a crusty ring. The bathtub was dirty and had mold around the seal and fixtures. The wall of mirror glass was broken behind the toilet, which by the way is just a few feet from the bed...no door of any types divides the toilet from the rest of the room. There was a 1/4 of roll of toilet paper and old soap. The television is mounted high on the wall and reflects off the gold ceiling that you don't see in any of the photos. With the small child running around upstairs for hours we had to turn the television way up. The price for this apartment is absolutely outrageous for what it is. The owner really disappointed us!
Owner response:As you can see, we have 17 positive reviews from guests all over the world, plus many more in the guest book in the loft. Our other four properties also have well over 100 (whatever the number is) positive reviews. We do not know who this reviewer is. We have had no one with that name ever stay in the loft and there was no one staying in Feng Shui during the dates for this review. Please read the other 17 reviews for a better idea of how the loft really is.

"Wir haben im Januar 2009 drei wundervolle Tage im Appartement "Feng Shui" verbracht. Alles lief ab wie angekündigt: Madame Esteve war überaus freundlich, das Zimmer ruhig, die Einrichtung perfekt (wenn man ein gewisses technisches Grundverständnis mitbringt). Kurzum: Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Und die Lage? Perfekt!Klaus Welzel, aus Heidelberg (Deutschland)"

Went for our first Wedding Anniversary and had an amazing time. Paris is beautiful and the apartment is amazingly romantic! Once again, like others have said, it is a chic and trendy apartment with all the things you need for a great trip! Great design and extremely expensively finished. B&O TV, Versace bed, superb jacuzzi bath! A little far from the main shopping areas, but there are some great sights and shops nearby too... the subway is really close, so no problem. Peter is a great guy too! I can't wait to stay at his new apartment in Brussels

Sleek, sophisticated, sparkling but functional as a 'home' base to tour Paris and surrounding area, this feng shui studio is the best value around! Imaginative details keep your eye roaming over every nook and cranny, serving up little surprises (I can't tell you! or you wouldn't be surprised!) when you've had enough sightseeing and crash at 'home'. After a soak in a massive jacuzzi, relax in the slouch leather bean chair and munch on a fresh baguette purchased at the corner, with a great bottle of wine, watching one of the many eclectic flicks Peter has for his guests. Our friends (who stay in hotels) NEVER see Paris this way, and now...we're spoiled!

We enjoyed our stay in the Feng-Shui loft. It is so well laid out and packed with whatever we could need in such a small space. The area is fun- so many shops and eateries right outside. We loved the area. Thanks to Peter for his helpfulness.

After learning so much about Peter and Rita’s Montmarte studios, we arrived with lots of curiosity and high expectations towards Feng-shui and Luxury. We found both studios highly functional, artful, unusual, interesting, peaceful, elegant, incredible, stimulating and challenging, and all in one. The quality of the studios combined with Peter’s extremely kind, patient, understanding and helpful communication during the entire process made our brief visit in Paris very enjoyable. We will definitely return.

We have stayed in self-catering studios/apartments all over Europe and this has been by far the best to date. There is an excellent music, dvd and book collection to help you settle in. All equipment is spotless and in excelent working order and the Armani bed and ball chair are so comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need and it is so cleverily designed. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for something a little special in Paris.

Super aanrader! Ik kom zeker terug! Hartelijk bedankt! Selene
