The Conniston House is a remarkably renovated, 1924 Mediterranean-style cottage home. The home features many of its original attributes; such as walnut colored Dade County pine floors throughout the house, a Mexican tiled kitchen floor, original 1920’s era pedestal sink, with built-in breakfast nook.
The smoke-free house features two bedrooms, the first being the Master Bedroom with a four-poster pillow top queen size bed, with double French doors leading out to a lushly landscaped courtyard.
The second bedroom features two full size beds, equally as beautiful as the master bedroom. The bathroom features the original bear-claw tub/shower, and pedestal sink. There is the original built-in his and her clothing closets located on either side of the bathroom.
The home also has a large dining room, large living room with working wood burning fireplace elegantly set between recessed shelving for those cool nights in South Florida. There is a den located off the living room toward the front of the house perfect for catching up on a good book.
The exterior of the property consist of a natural thirteen foot Ficus hedge surrounding the entire property adding privacy for your stay. The property is lushly landscaped featuring many tropical varieties of Palm Trees and plants.
A hammock in the rear of the property for that outdoor nap. A driveway located on the west side of the house for off-street parking.
We are a ten-minute drive from Palm Beach International Airport.

The Conniston House is located one block west from the Lake Worth Lagoon, which is our Intracoastal Waterway. You are approximately two miles from our downtown area, and entertainment district. For your leisure you have beautiful beaches located within a few minutes from the Conniston House. The renowned Island of Palm Beach is just across the Intracoastal Bridge.
