LUXURY and RELAXATION at it's finest!!! Here at the GATED COMMUNITY of CEDAR HEIGHTS we have the answer for your getaway in our 2000-square-foot, completely furnished lakefront condominium!!! Our condo is decorated and furnished as if we lived here year around. This is VERY, VERY NICE.
The Midwest's premier playground is LAKE of the OZARKS! Enjoy dozens of waterfront restaurants - hundred's of golf holes on beautiful courses - water-skiing - boating - tubing- sightseeing - hiking - fishing. There is something here for everyone!!! We are an EXCELLENT CHOICE for GOLFING, BOATING, SHOPPING TRIPS, WATER, and SUN.
Our master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath. The second bedroom on the main level holds a queen-size bed and the third bedroom on the main level contains two single beds.
Upstairs in the loft, a fourth bedroom with another private bath contains a queen-size bed. Also, upstairs in the loft there is additional room for sleeping bags or air mattress's that would allow for sleeping three to five additional people. If added sleeping space is not needed, the open space in the loft area is ideal for kid's playing.
Our location is on the 13 mile marker of the Niangua arm of the lake. Here the water is very calm and makes for ideal water skiing, inner tubing, and boating. A BOAT SLIP (12 foot by 30 foot) is available for use if needed.
Championship golf courses abound in the area. Within one mile are the plush rolling fairways and mature tree's of LAKE VALLEY COUNTRY CLUB and also, the Weiskopf/Moorish designed course of OLD KINDERHOOK.
Other courses that are an approximate 15 minute drive away include (Tantara, Bear Creek, Indian Rock, Deer Chase and Sycamore Creek). Our facility has two full-size swimming pools overlooking the lake's edge.
HA-HA Tonka State Park is just a mile away and offers all types of activities for people of all ages!

This was perfect for our family with four bedrooms plus a loft area. Everything there that we needed and more! The owner was very helpful and answered any questions promptly. There were many activities for all ages of our children. We especially enjoyed the swimming pools on the property. We especially enjoyed the state park, Miners Mike, and Mariners Pier 31 Restaurant.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
