One of the nicest developments in South Walton, The Village is located steps from Rosemary Beach, and only five miles to Seaside. This low rise condominium community features Old World Charleston-style architecture, with cobblestone lanes, slate roofs, gas lanterns, with wonderful shops and restaurants on the ground floor. This brand new smoke-free condominium overlooks the amphitheater and fountains, with a limited view of the emerald waters of the Gulf.
At over 1300 square feet, this is one of the largest condominiums in the Village, with prices comparable to the smaller three bedroom units. With three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, dining and living area, and large balcony with limestone railing, it is fitted with luxury materials, including imported travertine floors, marble in the bathrooms, and granite kitchen counters and maple cabinets.
The luxury master suite opens onto the private balcony, and has views of the beautiful Gulf waters. The extra large master bath features travertine floors, marble double vanities, large jetted garden tub, separate shower, and two closets.
The guest room with queen bed opens to the large second bathroom, also with marble and travertine. The third bedroom includes bunk beds and lots of storage.
There are flat screen TVs in the living room and master, and additional TVs in the other two bedrooms. There are two DVD players, a stereo with CD player and iPod hookups.
The kitchen is well appointed and fully stocked. It includes granite counters, dishwasher, large pantry, cooking utensils, pots, pans, knives, appliances, and nice dishware.
The long heart pine farmhouse table can seat seven guests comfortably, and there is extra seating at the counter bar, so your guests can watch you prepare a gourmet meal.
The large windows and french doors flood the condominium with natural light and ocean breezes. The limestone and travertine balcony, with seating for four, is the perfect spot to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, or listen to a concert in the amphitheater below.
Call the private shuttle, or take a short walk to "the best beaches in the world." Also enjoy the 12,000 square foot pool with fountains and gorgeous landscaping on site. Camp Creek Golf Course is nearby, with 36 holes, driving range, golf shop, and snack bar.
Just across the street from the condo is a safe, off road paved path that extends all along Scenic 30A. This provides a great place to walk, bike, rollerblade, or jog, while viewing the natural beauty of the area.
There are many quaint shops, art galleries, gourmet restaurants, and live concerts and festivals along the 18 miles of Scenic 30A to enjoy throughout the year.

Great place to stay with small kids!

We just returned from a fantastic 1-wk vacation in Seacrest Beach. This 3-bdrm condo was just perfect for our family of 4. The kids' bedrooms are near the kitchen area and the front door, while the master and the family room are at the other end of the condo, so that once the kids were down for naps and for the night, we could still be up watching TV and chatting and would not disturb the kids. The Village is just a short walk away from the beach - we went back & forth every single day, twice a day, with 2 strollers, toys, chairs, umbrella, cooler, but it wasn't bad at all. There is also a complimentary shuttle that goes back & forth every 20 min, in case you prefer to catch a ride. But the walk along 30-A is so pleasant, we just enjoyed it tremendously! The only down side with kids & strollers was that there were 3 long flights of stairs to go down to the beach and that was a little tough. Kind of wish they had a ramp, but nonetheless still very beautiful. The Village has also 2 pools, one small right behind the building we were staying, and a HUGE one just a block away. Our kids LOVED the pool too, very kids' friendly. But nice for adults as well. There are also restaurants, coffee - donuts - icecream - sweets shop, mini grocery store, little boutiques, beach equipment stores, right there, on the street level of the buildings. Very convenient. Rosemary Beach is literally a 3-minute walk, and it's a beautiful place to see. The owners were very nice and easy to deal with and responded to our emails right away. The condo was clean and well maintained and looked exactly the way it was represented in the photos on the listing. We would definitely recommend this place and will most likely come back in the future!

Next trip you will have to allow more time for riding bikes. It's a great way to see the area, and perfect for kids. We hope you will choose us again.

My group and I have had the pleasure of renting this condo, on three separate occasions, and we will be back as soon as we can! The condo was very spacious, well appointed and super comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of extras. I can't thnk of anything that was missing! We enjoyed eating breakfast, each morning, out on the balcony. The condo is beautifully decorated. There were plenty of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The kids loved riding their bikes around Seacrest, and, over to Rosemary Beach and, of course, over to the Sugar Shak! The beach is absolutely breathtaking and we enjoyed spending lots of time at the huge community pool. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The kitchen is fully equipped and had lots of extras. I can't think of a thing that was missing! The condo is beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony each morning. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The kids loved riding their bikes all around Seacrest and over to Rosemary Beach and, of course, to the Sugar Shak. The beach is absolutely breathtaking and we loved the huge pool, too.
