Situated on the roman via Aurelia, the mas offers a splendid view on the Alpilles. It has a huge garden with an orchard, a vegetable garden, and olives trees. and different place to enjoy quietness.
The mas consists of 2/3 houses linked by a patio..a third small house has been built separatly from the poolhouses One large family or even 3 families can enjoy autonomy and privacy. The first house is 200 years old, completely renewed, has four bedrooms, an american kitchen, a large dining room with a fireplace, a salon with a grand Steinway piano a french/american billiard, and a fireplace.
The second house offers two rooms and a independent studio with a mezzanine and a kitchenette. The large swimming pool, made of turquoise mosaics is surrounded by palmtrees, providing nice shadow.It's water is salted,and a heat pump warms up the pool ,which is pleasant in may,june september and even october.There is a large "tonelle" which offers shadow allowing to eat nearby the pool.The pool has an alarm and is heated in may and september/october
The third house built in the same style as the others has an outside shower,a toilet and washroom.
Guests will enter the one hectare property by an electronic secured gate, leading up to a garage able to contain two cars and bicycle. The property will be taken care by a gardner and one housekeeper.is also available .It is possible to ask an excellent cooker ,who lives 400 yards from the mas to cook . Ideal for one large or 2/3 families vith childrens.

Grand father 72 years formelly head of a large internatinal consulting firm,my wife 62 psychanlist and teacher at paris 7 university we have 5 childrens,3 of them are married,and 7 grand children.We often come in St remy generally in july where we are in general 20 or even more to enjoy our large property.
We rent our mas not as a business only to well educated people who enjoy both living together with their family or friends in the spirit of having them the most happy possible.
When i am on my own i do paint and do some sculpture..

This is a wonderful property, and everyone in our group wished we owned it. It's a few miles out of the town of St Remy- walkable or bike-able (lots of bikes in the garage), but I'd recommend a car in order to go see stuff. The mas is very private and quiet, with fabulous views of the Apilles hills/mountains. There is plenty to do nearby, and even more within 2 hours drive in any direction. A fine kitchen, excellent wineries nearby. As much as we enjoyed visiting the Provencal sites, the highlight was simply the evening meals then wine by the fire. I have no complaints at all, it is just a great place. We had no children in our group, but it would be fabulous for kids
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
