We stayed in Cabin in the Sky just before Thanksiving 2011 and had a great time. Although the fall colors had faded, the views were superb. It rained one day and the fog/clouds hung low in the valleys, making for some great photos. As the owners post, the cabin is close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. A family of 4 would be quite comfortable here. I would recommend this cabin to my friends

The biggest disappointment in our stay was that we weren't able to stay longer. The view from the top deck hot tub and living room was out of this world and was made even better by the time of year (Autumn) we were able to visit. We had to have taken over 50 pictures of the same view overlooking the valley below and the city in the distance at night. Sunsets in the Autumn are breath taking from the cabin decks. We could tell that the owners took great pride in their cabin and all the necessities one would need for a pleasant stay. The "Cabin In the Sky" was exactly what we needed for a very private and relaxing vacation. Hope to stay longer next time.

The cabin had fantastic views and it was a joy to sit on the deck watch the sun rise and set drink a cup of coffee and do nothing else. We look foward to going back again.

This is a great cabin. Location a little tricky to get to but it is secluded and beautiful. Pictures doesn't do it justice. It is bigger than what we thought it would be. Perfect place for vacation getaway, And last but not least, Charlene is one of the friendliest person I have ever talk to. When you talk to her, you feel like you talking to a longtime friend. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

We LOVED the cabin! It was everything and more than you described! For probably the first time in all our visits to TN, we didn't do a lot of shopping or shows. We just wanted to hang out at the cabin. My son complained every time we even suggested going to a store. He wanted to get back to the cabin. We had wonderful family time with the pool table. And I actually am glad you didn't have internet. I didn't have to worry that my husband would have to work, and we spent all of our time as a family. The cabin is the only one on the street so there is ultimate privacy! It is quiet, gorgeous views, and the owner is wonderful to work with!!

My family and I visted while on spring break. The cabin is exactly as shown in these pictures with one exception, the VIEW there are no pictures that can show that view as great as it is. We had a great time and would rent this cabin again and also refer it to our friends and family. Charlene was so pleasant to deal with and we had no problems with the reservations or anything. Thanks for sharing your beautiful cabin!

We showed up to the house and the key code had been changed from what was sent in our confirmation email. It took almost an hour to get in touch with the owner to find out what the actual code was. The place was overall dirty when we got there everything had to be washed, sheets, blankets, dishes etc… It has now been 9 months and I still have not received my security deposit, the owner refuses to answer any of my emails or phone calls. Overall it was a terrible experience. DO NOT rent from this owner.

my family and i had a wonderful time. the cabin was wonderful the boys played pool every night till 2 in the morning. a little hard to get to after it gets dark finally by the last night we had it down pat
